The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of SDCP which was the neotype protein feedstock and immunoenhancer,on digestibility of diet amino acids, protein metabolism and enter-immune function of weaned piglets.32 28-day-old DLY weaned piglets were randomly allotted into 2 treatments with 4 replicates each(2 females and 2 males for each replicate).Pigs in treatmentⅠwere fed basal diet(control group) and those in treatmentⅡwere fed the diet which contained 7.5%SDCP instead of some parts of protein,by equal energy,nitrogen and ratio.The whole trial cost 28 days in all. Piglets were fed two diets according the treatments respectively during d 1 to d 14.The digestion trial was conducted during d 7 to 14 and the manure was collected at the last three days of this period.Afterwards two treatments were replaced by the same basal diet until d 28.The feed management followed the routine procedure.4 piglets for each treatment were butchered at the end of experiment,in order to determine index of enter-immune function and protein metabolism.The results indicated that:(1) SDCP improved apparent digestibility of nutrients in weaned piglets,so that digestibility of dry matter,crude protein were better than the control group (9.08%,1.08%),and SDCP significantly improve apparent digestibility of crude fat (22.59%,P<0.05).Digestibility of lysine and methionine were also significant better than the control(4.69%and 4.78%,P<0.01).SDCP significantly improve apparent digestibility of threonine,valine,tryptophane(4.15%,5.44%,4.27%,P<0.05). Digestibility of essential amino acid,non-essential amino acid and con-amino acids were still significant better than the control group(3.52%,3.04%and 3.32%,P<0.01).(2) SDCP improved the metabolism of proteinaceous degradation,increased synthesis efficiency.Serum BUN and GPT had significantly decreased when feed diet with SDCP on anaphase(44.19%and 21.09%,P<0.01).Total protein of serum had respectively increased when feed diet with SDCP on prophase and anaphase(10.61%and 4.29%). SDCP still increased the serum albumin to the control group on prophase and anaphase (10.67%,4.08%).Protein synthetic capacity of liver was higher than the control group(20.17%),but SDCP decreased the Protein synthetic capacity of thymus(24.38%).(3) SDCP improved entero-immunologic function of weaned piglets.SDCP improved liver and renal index of the weaned piglets compared with control group(respectively to 14.58%,7.04%).IL-1βof jejunum(P<0.05)and Ileal mucous membrane or lymphonodi mesenterici was respectively decreased(35.22%,18.37%,13.79%),IL-6 of jejunum and Ileal mucous membrane or lymphonodi mesenterici were also decreased(respectively 19.4%,28.4%,40.75%),sIgA of jejunum and Ileal mucous membrane was improved (35.1%and 28.46%).In summary,the diet supplementation with SDCP could improve the growth potentiality of piglets via increasing apparent digestibility of nutrients,accommodating body protein metabolism and enhancing entero-immune function of weaned piglets.
