Cucumber enjoy light,but can bear weal light comparatively.Cucumber,as a word wide important vegetable,in our area to the south of the Yangtze River basin,the early spring planting is the largest area of protected areas.But in our Sichuan area,the insufficient light in winter and spring has seriously affected the yield and quality of cucumber.On the topic of low-light impact of cucumber growth,over the past mainly concentrated in the north under greenhouse conditions the combined effect of low temperature and low light,or research in the artificial climate inside the light on the impact of cucumber.But few in the southern study sheds light on the conditions of the impact of the reports of cucumber.There are lots of early spring plastic tunnel cucumber in Sichuan, cucumber shed insufficient light is very much affected.So it is necessary to study of the Sichuan Cucumber early spring resistance and poor light,and selected low-light-resistant materials, to provide for the production of low-light-resistant cucumber varieties,early spring for plastic tunnel cucumber production efficiency and provide a theoretical basis,at the same time also selected the development of new varieties resistant to the materials pro-poor light.In order to that,22 hybrids or inbred lines cucumber materials were selected in the experimentation to study the plant height,stem diameter,leaf area,fresh weight of aerial parts and dry weight,the first female flower node,the rate of female flowers,yield and other traits under a shade of 50%(average light intensity for 150 umol·m-2·s-1) and non-shade(light intensity control for 300 umol·m-2·s-1) 2 processing.On this basis, re-selected low light-resistant hybrid varieties of Sichuan in southern China on Chuanlv No.1,h082,Erzaozi,hybrid varieties in North China on the 20th Jin you and h393 intolerance,such as low light of the five materials,Indoor artificial airway in three different settings of light intensity(180 umol·m-2·a-1,120 umol·m-2·s-1,60 umol·m-2·s-1) to deal with,its low-light conditions of different traits of botany and peroxidase,superoxide dismutase,proline,malondialdehyde and other physiological and biochemical indicators of further analysis.Results are as follows:1.Field shading processing results show that:Cucumber material tested by a certain degree of growth inhibition,The main performance of low plants,stem diameter thinning,leaf area reduction in the aerial part of fresh weight and dry weight decreased,the first female flower node higher female rate,to reduce weight The total reduction in the number of melon,the total decline in the quality of lower.However,Different materials had different reactions on weak light.In 22 cucumber materials the South China-based hybrid Chuanlv No.1,Erzaozi of the local inbred lines,Qinbaizao,in North China-based hybrid Jin you 31, Zhong nong 19th,yield traits,quality traits compared to the control of small differences, and the rest of southern China and northern type-type inbred lines inbred lines in the shade under its more serious growth inhibition,decreased production.Selected hybrids in southern China-based Chuanlv No.1 and Erzaozi,Qinbaizao,hybrid species in North China Jin you 31,Zhongnong 19th,they show in the field is well adapted to low light conditions in Sichuan region,and its low-light and strong resistance.2.Phytotron test results show that,Cucumber growth more slowly,with a further reduction of light intensity,in 60 umol·m-2·s-1 under low-light handling,cucumber growth was seriously inhibited.With the reduction of light intensity,chlorophyll content decreased, chla/hlb ratio increased;SOD activity,POD activity,MDA content increased,PRO had no significant content changes in the law.But different cucumber varieties with different response to different light conditions,Chuanlv No.land Jin you 20th in low-light conditions,the physiological indicators(chlorophyll content,SOD activity,POD activity, MDA content) can be a very good response to its adapt to low ligh conditions,admits that on resistant low-light and strong,and h082,h393,Erzaozi of the physiological indicators of poor adaptation to low light,indicating that their tolerance of poor low-light.Comprehensive tests showed that the South China Sichuan-based hybrids on Chuanlv No.1 well to adapt to the climate of early spring plastic tunnel and artificial indoor low-light conditions,its strong resistance low-light;North China-based hybrids can be better adapted to early spring plastic tunnel and artificial indoor climate low-light conditions,the low light of strong resistance;and inbred lines of early spring,even if able to adapt to low light conditions inside the plastic tunnel,but in the artificial climate of low-light indoor environment of its growth is poor.This shows that low-light hybrids to a wider range of adaptability,and adaptability of inbred lines relative to low-light poor narrower. Cucumbers in the fields under low-light conditions Phytotron adaptability and tolerance to low light indicator of the existence of physiological relevance,through the resistance of cucumber field and low light conditions Phytotron study for selection of a wide range of low-light adaptation provide the basis for the cucumber.
