Jingyehuang, a high resistant strain to Alternaria alternata (Fries) Keissler, susceptible Changbohuang and No.4 Yuyan, were used to study phisiological and biochemistrical resistance mechanism. Several parameters were measured after conidia inoculation during tobacco leaf ripeness. The results were as follow.1 .The difference of spore germination and demand for nutrions.(1)Rates of germinating spores in different mediaIt indicated that the rate of germinating spores shows a trend as follow, that in water < that in 1% sugar solution
