| In this paper, material is 15 types Ponnisetumhydridum whose variation characters are stable.Through the indoor experiment and the experiment in a field,according to identification of root cold hardiness,analysis of root winter insulation heat preservation measures and the comprehensive evaluation of physiological and morphological indexes of Ponnisetumhydridum and the production of fuel ethanol,the temperature of stopping the growth,low deadly temperature and the temperature of increasing heat preservation measures are eventually found.5 single Pennisetum which have strong cold resistance and good comprehensive characters are gotten.The main results were as follows:⑴Ponnisetumhydridum strain used in this study is from HUAYU company of Xin xiang.They are excellent selection from million acres of experimental field. 15 Pennisetum are initial selected .They have more tillers,a larger leaf area and stable characters.They are also high and large.⑵Pennisetum is imported from abroad tropical plants,it is used to warm and humid climate and has poor cold resistance.According to identification of root cold hardiness and analysis of root winter insulation heat preservation measures, through the indoor experiment and the experiment in a field, the temperature of stopping the growth, low deadly temperature and the temperature of increasing heat preservation measures are defined.⑶Giving the traits of Ponnisetumhydridum which have more tillers , a larger leaf area and stable characters, the morphological indexes of Pennisetum are measured and the fine distinctions among excellent are selected from 15 plants.⑷Giving the traits of physiological indexes, different growth stages of photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate are measured and the fine distinctions among excellent are selected from 15 plants. The photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of the 15 fine plants are relatively high, compared with the control, photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of these 15 fine plants are higher than the control value.⑸Giving the traits of physiological indexes, different growth stages of cellulose and hemicellulose rate are measured and the fine distinctions among excellent are selected from 15 plants.The cellulose content and hemicellulose content of the 15 fine plants are relatively high, compared with the control, the cellulose content and hemicellulose content of these 15 fine plants are higher than the control value.⑹For the characteristics of fuel ethanol production, the excellent single plants are carried on ethanol fermentation experiment and ethanol content is measured. The fine distinctions among excellent are selected from 15 plants,compared with the control, ethanol content of these 15 fine plants are higher than the control value.⑺Giving indicators of the traits,the SPSS statistical software is used in this experiment, Duncan's is used for multiple comparison, analysis of variance, correlation analysis. Comprehensive evaluation were done and excellent single plants were selected.⑻In this study,5 single Pennisetum which have strong cold resistance and good comprehensive characters are gotten. |
