In the Mohe county of Heilongjiang province,By adding a certain proportion of fresh feed (sea fish) to the complete feed of mink,to form a certain protein energy gradient, the paper discussed the energy demands of mink in different periods, found out the suitable ration of protein energy of daily diet of mink, and discussed the feasibility of mink farming in alpine region of our country.28 healthy individuals in breeding period(20(?)+8♀) were chosen. The author carried out the mink digestion test in breeding period by respectively feeding daily diet with different mixing ration of sea fish and complete feed. The results showed that the suited diet of mink in breeding period as follows:mixing 40%of the daily diet with 45%~50%sea fish, and then adding other feedstuff,33%~35%of the protein content, and 2.13~2.15 MJ/kg energy.8 healthy female individuals in lactation period were chosen. The author carried out the mink digestion test in lactation period by respectively feeding daily diet with different mixing ration of sea fish and complete feed. The results showed that the suited diet of mink in lactation period as follows:mixing 55%of the daily diet with 30%of sea fish and others normal feed like eggs and bean powder et al.The protein content of the feed was 37.6%,and the energy was 21660.86kJ/kg.By feeding the feed, the digested protein absorbed by female mink in lactation period is 25.6g,and the digested energy is 18056.61kJ/kg.48 healthy individuals in growing(24(?)+24♀) were chosen, and they were same day-old (90 days) and no significant differences in body weight.Divided them into three groups,16 in each(8(?)+8♀).The author carried out the mink digestion test in growing by respectively feeding daily diet with different mixing ration of sea fish and complete feed. The results showed that the suited diet of mink in growing as follows:mixing 45%~55%of the daily diet with 40%~50%of sea fish and 5%of corn powder. The protein content of the feed was 33.6%~34.7%,and the energy was 22043.83~22360.97kJ/kg.30 healthy individuals in winter coat period were chosen, and divided them into three groups according to the weight. The results showed that the suited diet of mink in winter coat period as follows:mixing 40%of the daily diet with 50%of sea fish and other basic feed, and the protein content was 34.8%and the energy was 21894.74kJ/kg.The article also discussed the mink farming in alpine region of our country, including the impact of the temperature on the nutritional metabolism of mink, discussing the whole feces method, and putting forward a simple proposal to mink farming management in alpine region of our country.
