| Sperm separation and artificial insemination of livestock are the most available gender control technologies.The experiments studied the transportation of the red deer fresh semen,the conditions of X/Y sperm sorting,and the possibility of production of sexed Red deer by AI apply sexed semen.The results were showing as following:①The results showed that the transportion temperature control of ejaculated semen was very important.After the addition of CSS antibiotics,which the ejaculated semen were incubated at 18℃water was most appropriate.②The results showed that the sorting speed of among three samples were significant difference(P<0.05) depending on the rate of fresh sperm motility.③the motility(0.61 vs 0.60 vs 0.65)and 4 hour motility(0.30 vs 0.30 vs0.32) of sorted frozed sperm had no significant differences(P>0.05 ) which produced from three ejaculations of same donor.④80 natural estrous Red deers were inseminated by uterine horn AI with 2×106 Y sorted froze-thawed spermatozoa.The rates of pregnant and sex accuracy was 67.5%and 100%,repectively.In general,Those results indicate that the technologies of X/Y sperm sorting and the production of sexed red deer by using deep-AI will become an useful technologies in Red deer sex selected reproduction in the future. |
