Abstract/Summary:
The fast development of our country agricultural economy sets a higher request to the technology equipment of agriculture, Specially the dynamic system of entire equipment—tractors. The tractor is developing to the directions of large size, intellectualization, higher technical and so on for the adaptation of agricultural productions. Although the tractors' driving environment was improved in recent years, there is a great influence for tractor to face with noising, vibration and the seasonal factor compared with other vehicle drivers,and several questions such as poor driving environments, centralism operating time and long time driving and so on are still exist .The forgoing easily led to driving fatigue. At present, the research of driving is based on the automobile test, but in view of the tractor driver is few. So it is essential to study it.This paper summarizes the reason of driving fatigue and the present situation of domestic and foreign,and simply introduces the sEMG of the tested physiology parameters. It designs the head rotation test and head location test for the movement of turning head in driving. Later it analyzes the pate muscle's myo- electricity change in the process of rotation,also the waist and back. First it analyzed the time domain and frequency range of the two myo- electricity data for difference,then knows the change tendency of the tested data. Second it inspected the linear relevance between every parameter and angles and times,and determines the parameters as evaluating indices.Afterward estimates the drivers' waist and back muscular fatigue time using the statistical testing mean value. Finally we obtain the main conclusions as follows:1.In the process of head rotation, the indices including the range,iEMG, standard deviation ,RMS, peakness , zero-crossing number, average power spectrum , standard deviation of power spectrum increased extremely along with the increase of the rotation angles.But the frequency of maximum power spectrum, MPF and MF reduced correspondingly,these parameters could be as the evaluating indices of the pate fatigue when head rotation. We also received that the maximum value form rotation test is bigger then that from location test for major parameters,but the energy percentage reversely.2. In the process of long time driving, We discover that the indices including the range,iEMG, standard deviation ,RMS, skewness, average power spectrum , standard deviation of power spectrum displayed the tendency of rising as the driving time increased through the analysis of the drivers' waist and back muscular tests.But the peakness , zero-crossing number, MPF and MF reduced. According to the analysis of relevance between every parameter and time,we obtain that the range and average power spectrum is positively significantly correlated with time,and MF is negatively significantly correlated with time.So these parameters could be as the fatigue evaluating indices for long time driving.3.Through the contrast between the statistical testing mean value of the parameters that from the drives' waist and back tests and the investigation of the drives' subjective fatigue time,we discover that iEMG is a parameter that consistent with reality,and from the iEMG test result we know that the drivers' fatigue time is 70 minutes~75 minutes.According to the analysis of the tested result, we put forward some proposals for reducing the drivers' fatigue.It has practical significance to protecting drivers' health, raising the work efficiency and enhancing humanity design of tractor cab and so on.
