Abstract:Recently the analysis of PLFA has been used widely in the diversity of soil microbial community. Phospholipids are the important component of membrane of living cell of microbe. Fatty acid patterns of phospholipids are determined in different environmental samples. Pphospholipid fatty acids (PLFAs) analysis is in order to characterize their microbial community structures. This paper discussed microorganism community of four different altitude tea plantations, The results showed that 35 PLFAs were detected in total tested soil. PLFAs biomarkers distributions were significantly different among the soils of different elevation, which could be divided into two types: completely distribution and incompletely distribution. Among four different elevations of soil, high elevation (800 meter) soil had the richest distribution of PLFAs. Analysis of PLFAs relative biomass of main microbial groups indicated that no actinomycetes distributed in the root soils of different elevations in the tea plantation. Biomarker 16:0 indicated bacteria, which had the richest distribution in 800 meter elevation soil, however, biomarker 18:3ω6c(6,9,12) that indicated fungi had the richest distribution in 600 meter elevation soil. Cluster analysis revealed that PLFAs of different elevation root soil could be divided into two groups, when euclidean distance was 9.0. There was very few distribution of PLFAs biomarkers in group one and the PLFAs biomarkers in group one was incompletely distribution. Contrary to group one, the distribution of PLFAs biomarkers in group two was much more than group one and was completely distribution. When community diversity index of Shanon and Simpson were analyzed, we had a conclusion that the maximum of both Shanon and Simpson occurred in 800 meter elevation soil and the mixmum of both Shanon and Simpson occurred in 700 meter elevation soil. The microbiology community changes greatly among the three tea plantations of different age. The mass of some biomarker(14:00,a15:0,16:00,a16:0,i16:0 cy19:0ω8c) of the three different samples turned to increase while the age increases, and the mass of some other biomarker (10Me 18:0,18:1ω7C,18:1ω9c,18:3ω6c(6,9,12),18:00,cy17:0 i17:0) increases first, and later they decreased while the age of tea garden increases. Studying the changes of microbiology community in different seasons, we found out that both the mass and the types of PLFA turned to be the most in August.
