Mushroom bran is the culture material remained after cultivating edible fungi.At present,the output of edible fungus in China has already exceeded 10.38 million ton which occupy above 70%of the world total output, with the scale of the industry increasingly to expand and correspondingly produce a large number of mushroom bran.The traditional method of dealing with the mushroom bran is burning or abandoned,not only a waste of resources,but also polluting the rural production and living environment.For protecting the ecological systems and changing the waste into the fertilization,mushroom bran is used to be organic fertilizers to improve crop yield and quality in horticultural productions.Cherry tomato(Lycopersicum esculentum Mill var ceraiforme) is a kind of fresh eating and fruit-type vegetable,therefore the safety of their products is higher demanded.To reduce the use of chemical fertilizers in the cultivation,it needs to develop more and better organic fertilizer.This paper studies the influence of different application to the growth,yield and quality,soil microbes,mineral nutrient uptake and peroxidase isozyme of cherry tomato,aims at exploring the use of mushroom bran application effect of cherry tomato,optimizing the best use of application amount,advances scientific evidence for high-efficient and safe utilization of mushroom bran.The results are as follows:(1) It could promote the growth of cherry tomatoes when applied the mushroom bran.Different application(the application in 667m~2 of each treatments A,B,C,D,E,F were 0,250,500,1000,1500, 2000kg respectively) of mushroom bran affected the growth.After topping(19th,July),the plant height of cherry tomato were in the following order:A>D>C>B>F;The diameter of plant stem were in the following order:E>D>B>C>F>A;The best of dry weight/fresh weight were:D,E,F.The amount from high to low of leaves in all treatments was:E>D>C>B>F>A.Analyzed on three kinds of protective enzyme (POD,MDA,CAT),treatment E had the strongest resistance.(2)The application of some amount mushroom bran could obviously enhance the yield and quality of cherry tomato.The output of application D and E reached 6502 kg and 6318 kg respectively,significantly higher than other treatments.The content of vitamin C and soluble protein in the fruit was higher than other levels.The content from high to low of soluble sugar was:E>D>C>B>F>A.The content of organic acid of application A was the most,but the lowest sugar acid ratio.The highest sugar acid ratio was C,reached 27.6.The fruit hardness was in the following order:C>D>E>F>B>A.The fruit hardness of treatment D,C and F reached the significance level than A and B.The level of nitrate content was not over standard,according with "vegetable nitrate limits standards"(GB19338-2003).(3) It could increase the number of soil microbial when used the mushroom bran and improved the disease resistance of tomato virus.The amount of bacteria and fungi of treatment E and D were higher than others. The amount of soil actinomycetes was increased with the growing of plant.At the late stage of growth,the amount of soil actinomyces was as follows:A>E>F>D>C>B.(4) The influence to soil total N,total P,total K were not obvious,but enhanced the content of available P and the available K in the soil.At the beginning,the available K trends of all treatments went down,and then went up.The content of available K reached the top in the middle of vegetative growth stage(29th,June),the content from high to low of available K was F<E<C<D<B<A.The content of available K of treatment D and E reached the top in the mid-end of vegetative growth stage(9th,July).Treatment D,E,F and A reached the top in the middle of vegetative growth stage.The content from high to low of available P was E<D<B<C<F<A.In each nutrition vegetal period of cherry tomato,the organic content of every processing was higher than the soil background value.The highest content from high to low of soil organic was C<D<E<F<A<B.Nitrate content of all treatments was less than 350mg/kg.The pH of soil increased during the vegetal period of cherry tomato.The pH from high to low was F<C<E=D<A<B.At the beginning of the full fruit period,the content of total N,total P,total K of treatment B,C,D,E,F in root were less than the content which in the end of the full fruit period,the content of treatment A was higher than the content that in the end period.The change law of total N in stem and leaf were similar to that in root. The content of total P in leaf was higher than that in root,but compare with that in stem was not obvious.(5) Different application of mushroom bran affected the peroxidase(POD) types of fruits.The low level application of A and B had the new bands produced and the results were coincidence with the result of soluble protein.To sum up,suitable amount of mushroom bran could promote the growth of cherry tomato,improve the environment of the soil microbial,promote the content of available P and the available K in the soil and enhance the yield and quality.In this paper,the most suitable application for "Jinyu" cherry tomato growth and development needs was 1500kg/667m~2.In practical application,it should adjust according to the different soil conditions and vegetable species.
