In the typical Soil-gravel Area in pingshan County,Hebei Province,it has thin layer and poor soil water-retention capacity and difficulties in irrigation for gneiss and granite mountain soil.Seriously lack of water and fertilizer is the vegetation recover restrictive factor of this area.Improved use of Soil in the region is a prerequisite for restoration of vegetation,and is also an important step to make farmland return to forests.In this paper,that is,gneiss and granite mountain poor soil in pingshan County for the study,from the improvement of soil fertility and increasing soil moisture to explore two aspects of fertilization and moisture on the experimental area material impact on soil properties.In this area the improvement of soil utilization is the premise of vegetation restoration,and also an important step of conversion of cropland to forest.We selected four kinds of fertilizers(chemical fertilizers,bio-organic fertilizer,slow-release fertilizer,microbial agents) and two kinds of moisture materials(water retaining agent and liquid film). The research was based on conmination of field sampling and laboratory analysis methods about the improvement of soil properties,the results showed that:(1) Three new fertilizers(No-organic fertilizer,slow-release fertilizer,microbial agents) were superior to chemical fertilizers on the improvement of soil chemical properties,can significantly increased soil total nitrogen,total potassium,organic matter,nitrogen,available potassium content.With the treatment of bio-organic fertilizer BF4,soil total phosphorus,total potassium,organic matter, nitrogen and available phosphorus increased by 444%,87%,906%,355%,1131%than CK.(2) Three new fertilizers had a certain impact on soil heavy metals content,from the results of the soil Cr ion content in the different fertilizers treatments of chemical fertilizers,SF2 treatment processing was the biggest(27.74mg/kg) one,it made Cr ion content decreased to 49%;NK2 treatment made it decreased to 47%;BF2 treatment(30.69mg/kg) made it decreased to 45%;MA2 treatment(28.56mg/kg) made it decreased to 11%.With the SF2 fertilizer slow-release,it helped to promote the sustainable development of the soil.(3) Three new fertilizers could increased surface and deep soil bacteria number on different leveles.The number of fungi and fungal/bacterial ratio were inhibited to varying degrees by three new fertilizers.Actinomycetes between the different processing changed greatly.(4) After appling three new fertilizers,the soil invertase,catalase,acid phosphatase,neutral phosphatase activities were increased only urease activity decreased.Bio-organic fertilizer was most availybility to inhibit urease,microbial agents were the worest one.(5) Water retaining agent and liquid film processing experiments showed that that liquid film processing was a effective method for improving soil water content of arid area.Liquid film LF5 could effectively improve processing surface and deep soil water content,Application of fertilizer and moisture materials influences on soil properties,bio-organic fertilizer not only could improve the soil nutrient and reduce soil heavy metal,but also could promote the soil microbial propagation and enzymes in the soil,so it was good material in promoting biochemical properties of soil.Liquid film increased soil water than water retaining agent,it was good for Moisture Conservation of experimental area.To experimental area,bio-organic fertilizer combined liquid film was appropriate management measures to soil properties.
