This study compared the performance of bryophyte drought from basic research on drought-tolerant bryophyte substantial artificial propagation techniques for several bryophyte to start a tissue culture,artificial propagation substantial.And the propagation of the bryophyte gametophyte or crushed material in order to stem ratio of different test methods for hydroseeding.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Collection of tolerant bryophyte comparison:for the trial of bryophyte,Tortula desertorum most of the drought.2.Expand training in the field experiment for the best medium of vermiculite,the best culture temperature for 5~15℃,the culture medium at this time for Hoagland.3.The artificial reproduction technology of Bryum argentenum is spreading plant fragments on the substratum(soil+sand+humic soil)and cultivating them under temperature 5-15 degree,length ratio of day and night 16:8 and relative humidity 85%with spraying.medium solution Hoagland+GA.cut plants into fragments and transfer them when new plants are full of petri dish after 10 days and propagate them in mass under the condition as before.The preliminary artificial reproduction technology of desert bryophyte Weisiopsis anomala are as following:cultivatedry plant on the substratum(soil+sand+humic soil)in petri dish undertemperature 5-15 degree,length ratio of day and night 16:8 and relativehumidity 85%,then transfer them on the same substratum as abovementioned when new branches appear after 60 days and cultivate underthe same condition as before.The preliminary artificial reproduction technology of desertbryophyte Barbula nigrescens from Ningxia are as following:firstly,cultivate exophyte on the agar medium of hoagland under the same situation,transfer them on the agar medium of hoagland+BA when new branches appear after 20 days and cultivate under the same condition as above mentioned.Secondly,transfer them on the same substratum as before when new branches appear after 10 days and cultivate under the same condition as before with spraying medium solution Hoagland+GA;thirdly,cut plants into fragments and transfer them into large plate when new plants are full of petridish after 30 days and propagate them in mass under the condition as before.4.The field Analog slope experiment of Bryophyte:the separate experiments of Hydroseeding grass, native grass seed germination rate at 30%,the average cover less than 60%.the merchandise grass seed germination rate and the average coverage is good,but the situation appears plant dead.Separate trials Bryophyte,Bryum spraying breeding rapidly,at 150 d within the coverage area of 0.92 m,observations cover a period of volatility,and declining to 80%or less,but more than 95% coverage in the end.United the Bryophyte and native grass experiment,an increase of per square meter at Bryum gametophyte fragments after 600 g,the average germination rate reach 60%to 90%of the cover is only required 120 d.The results show that the ecological restoration of vegetation is the best program.5.The application of ecological bryophyte vegetation restoration cost-effectiveness analysis:Bryophytes in the application of 100 square meters each on the average amount of soil will be reduced 1/2-2/3.bio-engineering costs will be reduced by 2/3 to 3/4.the cost of latter parvirtually non-existent.Restoration of vegetation acan save all cost or save 3/4.
