This paper, through studying the characteristic of microorganism quantity, soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and enzymes at the different habitats sandy on The east of Khobqi Sandyland,discusseing the function and role of sand soil microbes at changeing the sand soil system. Results:Through the quantity of biological research about Bacteria, Fungus, Actinomycetes, Azotobacter on the flow sandlot, half fixed sandlot, fixed sandlot, Astragalus adsurgens sandlot, Hedysarum laeve sandlot five samples, the analysis of five samples of soil bacteria content average is 1 x 104-1 x 106individual / g soil, Fungus is 6 x 102-3x 105 individual / g soil, Actinomycetes is 2 x 104-2 x 105 individual / g soil, Azotobacter is 4 x 104-1 x 106 individual / g soil.On flow sandlot, half fixed sandlot and fixed sandlot,the quantity of bacteria and azotobacter is relatively large number.And on Astragalus adsurgens sandlot, Hedysarum laeve sandlot the quantity of azotobacter is not large.Seasonal change on these five sandlots,the large quantity of soil microorganism are mostly on the season of spring,summer and fall,the small quantity is on winter. The content of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen seasonal variation ,the highest content of soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen is mostly on spring and summer,and the relatively small content is fall and winter. The seasonal change of soil prolease activity summer is the most, and winter is the least. The seasonal changes of soil urease activity the large activity of soil urease are mostly on fall and winter,and the small activity are spring and summer. The large activity of soil polyphenol oxidase of the seasonal changes on five sandlots is spring and winter, the small activity is summer and fall. The large activity of soil zymose of the seasonal changes on these five sandlots is summer and winter,the small activity is spring and fall.Vertical distribution of soil microbial biomass carbon,nitrogen content, soil prolease,urease,zymose activity the the large content is the surface(0~2 cm),but The vertical distribution of soil microorganism quantity and soil polyphenol oxidase activity the large quantity is under the 2cm not the surface(0~2 cm) .The soil microorganism quantity, soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen containing,soil uresae activity on half fixed sandlot the algea crust type is higher than no skin type.But soil prolease,polyphenol oxidase and zymose activity the no skin type is higher than algea crust type.The soil microorganism quantity, soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen containing,soil prolease and zymose activity on fixed sandlot the moss crust type is higher than algea crust type, the algea crust type is higher than no skin type.But the soil polyphenol oxidase activity is reverse. The soil urease activity is the algea crust type is the most, no skin type is followed,the least is moss crust type.The soil microorganism quantity, soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen containing,soil prolease and uresae activity on Hedysarum laeve sandlot the algea crust type is higher than no skin type.But soil polyphenol oxidase and zymose activity the no skin type is higher than algea crust type. As to different sandlot,the containing of soil microbial biomass carbon, the activity of soil prolease, urease and zymose on fixed sandlot is more than on half fixed sandlot more than on flow sandlot.
