| For testing the effects of in ovo feeding L-arginine (L-Arg) and L-ornithine (L-Orn) on the early growth and development of broiler intestine, this study divided randomly 200 Avian broiler eggs of d18 incubation into 4 treatments with 5 replicates of 10 eggs. The treatment I was non-injected anything as the control,the treatment II, III, IV was injected into the amnion with 1 ml 0.75% physiological saline solutions containing L-Arg(0.5%), L-Orn(0.5%), L-Arg+L-Orn(0.25%+ 0.25%), respectively. Results showed that :Effects of in ovo feeding L-arginine and L-ornithine on the early growth and development of individual broilerThere were no significant differences among four treatments'hatchabilities, they were 98%,96%,96% and 98% (P>0.05), respectively. However,when L-Arg, L-Orn, mixture of L-Arg and L-Orn were injected, the BW relative to egg weight of 18d incubation were significantly improved by 21.52%, 14.38%, 22.60% compared with the control (P<0.01).The BW of d3 posthatch in treatment IV was significantly increased by 5.35%,6.59%,6.53%(P<0.01), and the BW of d7 posthatch was enhancd by 7.94%(P<0.01), 8.60%(P<0.01), 4.88%(P<0.05)compared with treatment I, II, and III. There were no significant differences in the BW of d3 or d7 posthatch among treatment I, II and III(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in the weight and weight/BW of visceral organ of posthatch chick among all treatments(P>0.05).Effects of in ovo feeding L-arginine and L-ornithine on the early immune organ and the T3,T4 in blood plasma of posthatch broilerIn ovo feeding L-Arg , L-Orn, mixture of L-Arg and L-Orn could increase the weight and weight/BW of the early immune organ of posthatch chick to some extent, and had the trend of adding the T3,T4 in blood plasma of posthatch broiler. Moreover, the T3 in blood plasma of d3 posthatch broiler of treatment III was increased by 26.11% compared with treatment I(P<0.05).Effects of in ovo feeding L-arginine and L-ornithine on the early intestinal morphology and crypt cell production rate of posthatch broiler In ovo feeding L-Arg , L-Orn, mixture of L-Arg and L-Orn could improve the early intestinal morphology of post-hatch broiler compared wite the control(P< 0.05 or P<0.01), there was not the same enhancing degree on each intestine segment of different age of hatch among the injecting treatments, and the effects of in ovo feeding L-Arg and L-Orn showed no additivity.There are significant higher crypt cell production rate in each injecting treatments than the control(P<0.01), which increased by 62.60%, 122.36%, 43.50%.By scanning electron microscope(SEM) examination, after injecting L-Arg , L-Orn, mixture of L-Arg and L-Orn, the boundaries of columnar cells could become more obvious, the goblet cells could become more prominent, and the microvilli could become more developing at the villous surface of the 2h posthatch broiler's duodenum, jejunum and ileum, Compared with the control group. |
