Soil water effects the growth and physiology of grapevine deeply, which can been seen from the plant, however different tissues and organs have the different sensitivity to soil water, although the same tissues or organs have different sensitivity to soil water during different stage, so how to choose the right tissues or organs being target is the most important and difficult to realize precision irrigation. For finding the propose target in the different developmental stage and understanding the relationship between the growth of different tissues or organs and the soil water potential definite the threshold to guide the water management, especially in the important growth of stage, such as in fruit developing period. 5-year-old'FengHou'grape (V. vinifera X V .labruscaa) and 2-year-old'JuFeng'grape(Kyoho)under zoon restriction were selected to estimate the soil water potential and berry diameter(fruit expanding stage), the sugar load speed by berry cup on sunny(fruit rapid stage ),stem diameter(stationary phase of growth),the shoot length, number of leaf, distance between neighboring leaves, leaf area in the'JuFeng'grape (Kyoho) experiment, analyzed the relationship among the soil water potential, berry diameter, branches and the sugar load speed. The water status of the experiment of'JuFeng'grape was divided into two groups: control(CK) and the deficit irrigation(DI),studied the soil water status effected the growth of vegetative organ. The results showed that:1. The fruit expending stage is the key water requirement period, daily growth is faster than other stages, In sunny days, the daily changes of fruit diameter had a single– peak-curve, The maximum appeared in 10:00am.Except water, the light condition had the close relation with the fruit diameter.Grape berry was growing during the 4 cycle we designed.2. In stationary phase of growth was the maximum daily shrinkage appropriate index rather not the maximum stem diameter. Because the maximum daily shrinkage's changes was synchronization with the soil water potential. During the lasting 12 days, the growth of stem had a'crenellated'changes. Daily maximum came up at 9:00am, when the water had more than other time.3. The sugar was began to accumulate in the rapid stage, when the soil water potential dropped on about the -50KPa, the berry diameter was began to shrinkage, and the day and night sugar lade speed dropping dot was different, respectively -32.8KPa and -37.6KPa, because the berry diameter had hysteretic nature, so we selected the sugar loading speed was the appropriate index, and the ratio of the fructose and glucose was dropped as the increasing of maturity.4. We also found that the shoot length and the area of leaf, ware reduced on the deficit irrigation but the leaf area distance between neighboring leaves was added under water stress compared to the control.
