Creative Design Of A Foodstuff Dryer Based On TRIZ

At present, the hot-air drying of the food drying technology is simple,low cost,but it has serious impact on product quality; Freeze-drying technology products have good quality, however, the equipment investment and the production costs are high. There is a huge contradiction between drying economy and products quality in food-dryer. How to get a high-quality products by low-powerand low-cost is a great challenge in the food dryer design.TRIZ theory is an innovation design theory as well as a solution method in the design contradictions. Considering the used dry processing methods and the existence problem,this topic use contradiction solution matrix and object-field analysis method of TRIZ technology to solve low drying rate, long drying time,easy to change dried food characteristics these problem in the food dryer, and design a new type of food dryer. It uses infiltration as pre-drying, then vacuum far-infrared drying method, because the infiltration has fast speed of drying stage, the vacuum guarante nice rehydration rate after drying. On the other hand, because of infiltrate dehydration and vacuum drying are carried at lower temperature this method ensure the dried foods quality. New food dryer is good at maintaining its properties, improveing drying efficiency and reducing costs. By using the low-temperature drying method, solve contradiction between the food dryer economy and products quality. Use fuzzy PID algorithm in the temperature control system design, avoid the disadvantage of time-delay, non-linear emerged in past Control process, improve automation control level in a new type of food dryer.Practice has proved that application of TRIZ theory can effectively solve technical difficulties of technical innovation and product innovation. This design is a innovative design on the food dryer by applicating TRIZ theory.
