Pinus densiflora is a lofty arbor, which belongs to Pinaceae and Pinus, and it is a vanward species of afforestation in waste mountain and wasteland and a symbiotic species of famous edible and officinal mushroom Tricholoma matsutake. The author observed the macrostructural and microstructural features of 1 to5 year ectomycorrhiza of Pinus densiflora seedling, analyzed the generant mode of ectomycorrhiza and the Variational uptrend of different altitude of ectomycorrhiza, discussed the effect of seedling ages on changes of mycorrhizas types and the mechanism of varieties of macrofungi of ectotrophic mycorrhiza.This paper categorizes Pinus densiflora ectomycorrhiza according to the macrostructure and microstructure characteristics and gave a detiled descripton in terms of the colour of ectomycorrhiza, divarication type, structure of fungus cover and Hartig net structure etc. The results showed that the ectomycorrhiza of Pinus densiflora is in various colours, which include black, yellow, dark red and brown and so on and the yellow ectomycorrhiza is the most of them; monaxial divarication and bintree divarication are the main divarication types. There were 1 or 2 kinds of symbiotic ectomycorrhiza of generally Pinus densiflora seedlings in low altitude. Otherwise there were 2 or 3 kinds of symbiotic ectomycorrhiza in high altitude. The frequency of the seedlings with 3 or 4 symbiotic ectomycorrhiza increased with the increasing of altitude. The dry weight of annual and biannual seedlings under high environment pressure in higher altitude is higher by 60% than in lower altitude.The results showed that mycorrhizas type and the frequency changes of mycorrhizas occurrence were consistent. They were significantly affected by altitude height rather than by seedling ages; at the same time altitude height affected the type changes of mycorrhizas of the same seedling. Mycorrhizas varieties at the same seedling was important to the beginning of seedling growth. Forming ectomycorrhiza quickly and early can help Pinus densiflora seedling to grow and develop under successional environmental pressure, but the restrict to soil nourishment of seedling was ceaseless increscent with the increasing of seedling ages.The study on ectomycorrhiza of Pinus densiflora seedling was carried out for the firs time in China, the result of which possessed an important scientific significance to choose excellent macrofungi of ectotrophic mycorrhiza of cultivating Pinus densiflora seedling fitting mycorrhizas, virescence of wastemountain and wasteland from big acreage, resume forest vegetation and protect varieties of Pinus densiflora mycorrhizas resouces. |
