| When the forest-fire occurs ,may be destoried infinitely in a short time by force majeure, which is attributed to the complicated ecological environment and changeable climate. It's a great challenge for the whole world to enhance the control due to the wildfire. With the continual development of GIS spatial information technology, WebGIS technology has played more and more important role in the fire-prevention management. All the countries have applied high technology to enforce the fire-prevention system and establish forest fire spreading platform, which depends on powerful abilities of polygenetic integrated information and spatial analysis.Based on advanced theories and rich practical experience, the paper fixed Maoershan Experimental Forestry centre as the area for study and dealt with the developmental condition of forest fire spreading at home and abroad as well as the main factors that influence the spread, such as combustible types, percentage of moisture, wind, landform, temperature, humidity and diurnal variation. After organizing datas with the help of GIS technologies intergration and analysis of various information, as well as the contrastive study of using the suitable pattern-Wang Zhengfei's forest fire spreading pattern and effective spreading algorithm, have reached the 2-D visualization of forest fire spread and the WEB promulgation.Not only has the research chosen the B/S distributed architectures of the Web technology, but also has applied American Intergraph's GeoMedia Web Enterprise to the GIS secondary developing platform. The use of HTML as standard of application layer protocol,the general browser as software of clients, the Microsoft's ASP(Active Server Page) writing programs and the scanning, analysis and checking about geographic information by clients, all of those made the spatial datas shared and the management and maintenance of datas united. During the process dynamically issued the datas that directly came from the latest oferations to GIS databases.This paper has altered the traditional methods of exploration by visual platform(VB,VC+MO) and made functions available, which include the establishment of spatial databases, the WEB promulgation and spatial analysis of forest fire spreading maps,the inquiry on the Internet etc. All in all, the paper initially completed the systematic researching goals, achieved the all-purpose analysis and comprehensive utilization of forestry resources multiaspectly, and improved the accuracy of forest fire behaviors substantially. What's more, the research and oppliance greatly raised the levels of modernization and efficiency. It's a certain that this paper is abounded in higher scientificy and rationality. |
