Rhizosphere soil and forest cultivation techniques are closely related, it is the evaluation of site quality, testing the effect of forest cultivation techniques an important part. In this paper, field survey of forest cultivation techniques, rhizosphere soil profile sampling, laboratory of soil bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes number .Daqing mountain in this paper that under different site conditions, forest structure under different soil preparation methods and different rhizosphere soil, as well as the number and distribution of microbial numbers and the relationship between height growth of trees. And the preliminary draw the following conclusions:(1)There are three sampling sites of Daqing mountain, which include Pichaigou, Yulin, and Guluban and the main distribution characteristics of the number of micro-organisms of the soil profile are :the largest number is bacteria, followed by the actinomycetes, the least number is fungus. Yulin and Pichaigou groove vertical distribution of the total number of microorganisms consistent, 0-10cm the number of micro-organisms is largest, with the deepening of the soil, a sharp reduction in the number of microorganisms. Guluban 10-20cm is the largest number of microorganisms. Three sampling sites are the number of at least 20-30cm. Different aspect of the total number of changes of soil microbial and soil bacteria of the number of changes is the same :slope > sunny. The number of different slope significantly different microbial, bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes and the number of different aspect of the interaction effect significantly. Tabulaeformis soil microorganisms in different soil types and the total number of soil bacteria and the changes of the Loess> taupe soil> chestnut soil mountains, barren soil microorganisms in different soil types and the changes of Chinese pine forest agreement. The number of different soil types of soil microorganisms was significant difference. Tabulaeformis of different soil types with the same type of land compared to the soil are significantly greater than forest land.(2) Different age of woodland rhizosphere soil is the number of changes of bacteria, actinomycetes number and the total number of micro-organisms along with the old trend of declining growth.Different tree species composition, the number of changes in rhizosphere soil showed a certain degree of regularity. Yulin area in the number of soil bacteria and the total distribution of micro-organisms followed by apricot> tabulaeformis×Hippophae> tabulaeformis×apricot> tabulaeformis×Peashrub> tabulaeformis> Hippophae> Peashrub; firewood area, different species groups into soil microorganisms and the total number of soil bacteria change Shanyang> platyphylla×Larix> larch> Pinus> Betula platyphylla. Different densities in rhizosphere soil microorganisms is the law of the number of 2×3≥3×3.5> 1.5×2> 1×3≥1.5×2, is decrease basically in the number of soil microorganisms with the increase of density.(3) Tabulaeformis young afforestation on the ground with no soil preparation methods of different soil microorganisms and bacteria the number of the total number of distribution line, are scale and level of preparation groove pit preparation> not the land, site preparation that is more conducive to microbial breeding. Bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, microorganisms and the total tree height were positively correlated.(5) The number of rhizosphere soil can be used as one of the basis to increase the forest to cultivate , soil microorganisms under normal circumstances the more the better site conditions, the better the growth of trees. Such as reforestation in Daqingshan, the cinnamon, loess, slope soil microbial quantity and quality of that site, and may choose to fast-growing tree species or trees. Mountain chestnut soil, a small number of sunny soil microorganisms on the site of poor quality, should be selected or adaptable shrub planting trees. Using 2×3 density, to create mixed, the scale and level of pit ditch the land, in favor of the increase in soil microorganisms, but also conducive to tree growth.
