Field experiment at Guanghua town of Tonghua county was conducted to study the effect on photosynthesis-light response curve and CO2 response curve of seedlings of Schisandra chinensis Baill treated under simulation-forestry ecology cultivation and normal cultivation mode using CI-340 hand-held portable photosynthesis system.Through diurnal variation of light, photosynthesis-light response curve and CO2 response curve,the environmental influence factor of photosynthesis and the effect of those on it and the relative physiology experiments on two cultivation mode,the photosynthesis and physiology adaptation were analyzed.Furthermore,the rational fertilization application to Schisandra chinensis Baill was also conducted to study the effect on improvement forestry soil environment and optimum level of its high growth regression equation under simulation-forestry ecology cultivation mode.The results obtained are showed as follows:1.The normal cultivation mode of Schisandra chinensis Baill appears "siesta of photosynthesis", while it does not happen under simulation-forestry ecology cultivation mode.This may be relative to the specific ecologic environment of forestry.2.Comparing the two cultivation mode the photosynthesis-light response curve and CO2 response curve and relative physiology shows that its LSP,LCP,CSP,CCP and SLM are a ascent tendency and AQY and Chla/b are on the contrary under simulation-forestry ecology cultivation treatment, those indicate that it has a strong adaptation of photosynthesis.3.It is intensity of photo(PAR) and environmental CO2 density and temperature of leaves and air relative humidity that are the main effect factors.The response of those to normal cultivation photosynthesis is air relative humidity>environmental CO2 density>temperature of leaves>intensity of photo(PAR),while the counterpart is intensity of photo(PAR)>environmental CO2 density>temperature of leaves>air relative humidity.4.The response of rational fertilization application of N,P,K to the high growth of Schisandra chinensis Baill is N>K>P under simulation-forestry ecology cultivation mode,the optimum concentration of N,P,K to Schisandra chinensis Baill according to regression equation are N: 10.38g per individual plant,P:21.67g per individual plant,K:19.97g per individual plant and the corresponding optimization allocation is 1-0.72-1.3.
