Effects Of The Ginseng's Root Exudates On The Growth Of Plants And Phytoremediation Of The Ginseng-grown Land

Ginseng is a plant of Araliaceae,it's a traditional Chinese medicine of our country.And the ginseng is known as the king of hundreds herbs.The cultivation and processing industries of ginseng have been developing rapidly,since the beginning of reform and opening up.However,many factors which have not been confirmed,caused ginseng can't be cultivated at the same place year after year.Recycling the ginseng-grown land is a problem in ginseng's production which had not been fundamentally solved. Researching and solving the problem that recyle the ginseng-grown land has become more and more important.So that the ginseng's production will be keep on developing.This experiment took ginseng and ginseng-grown land for researching objects.Baseding on the effects which ginseng's root exudates give impacts to germination of heterologous strain's seeds and growth of seedlings,to confirm the allelopathy of ginseng's root exudates.And measuring some physiological indexes of ginseng,is prepare for reflecting the condition of ginseng's growth.At the same time,the experiment adopted phytoremediation that ginseng and different plants intercrop at the same experimental plot,to improve Ginseng-grown land.Based on the discussion and analysis of experimental results,the research got the following conclusions:1.The results and analysis of the effects which the different ginseng's root exudates give impacts to germination of heterologous strain's seeds and growth of offspring,show that different leaching liquors has different effects of plants.Generally speaking,the depressive effects of ginseng's streptococcal debridementdecompose liquid and Ginseng-grown land's leaching liquor are stronger than the effects of ginseng's hydroponics and sand-cultural collection liquids.The different concentrations of one kind of leaching liquors also had different effects on germination of heterologous strain's seeds and growth of seedlings.The higher concentration of these leaching liquors all had the depressive effects.With concentrations of leaching liquors degrade,the depressive effects also weaken or disappear,even depressive effects become auxoaction.2.The results and analysis of the effects which different leaching liquors of ginseng's root exudates give impacts to ginseng's physiological indexes,showed that all the leaching liquors have adverse effects to the growth of ginseng.Compare with control group,root system vigor,activity of POD,activity of SOD and content of photosynthetic pigment all lower than control group's,the content of MDA is higher than control group's.All leaching liquors have adverse effects of the growth of ginseng,but different collecting modus cause different degrees of adverse effect.The results showed that among all the leaching liquors,the depressive effect of ginseng's streptococcal debridementdecompose liquid is the most evident,and the depressive effect of ginseng-grown land's leaching liquor is the least.Above all,ginseng's root exudates had caused adverse effects to themselve,and made ginseng can't be cultivated at the same place year after year.This phenomenon is been called continuous cropping drawback.It can make the output and quality of ginseng degrade.3.The experiment adopted phytoremediation that ginseng and different plants intercrop at the same experimental plot,to improve ginseng-grown land.And measuring some physiological indexes of ginseng,the results showed that after planting white clover,alfalfa and perillaseed in the ginseng-grown land,root system vigor,the activity of SOD and the content of photosynthetic pigment all heightened from the leaf to spread out to the fructification turn red.And these physiological indexes reached to the maximum when the fructification turned red.However,the activity of POD and the content of MDA both increased gradually in the whole growing period of ginseng.Different kinds of plants had different effects of growing condition of ginseng.The prosthetic capability of alfalfa is the biggest,the white clover's prosthetic capability is between alfalfa and perillaseed,and the prosthetic capability of perillaseed is the lowest.These three kinds of plants all made root system vigor higher, the activity of SOD and the activity of POD reinforced,and restrained the content of MDA.All above these changes promoted the growing of ginseng.Through the phytoremediation of ginseng-grown land,the output and quality of ginseng had increased consumedly.This prosthetic method can improve the ginseng-grown land in a short time.In addition, intercrop between different plants can add the biodiversity,improve the ecological functions and promote the biologic diversity.
