Larix is one of the main plantation species in our country,it has hard texture and a wide range of uses. However,the fat content of Larix is very high,which seriously affect the quality.Thus,when we meet the Service Performance of larix,lower the fat content is very important to expanse the scope of its use and increase its economic value.In this paper,we take Larix as test materials,which thickness are 20mm,40mm and 60mm respectively, and the end of heat treatment temperature are 160℃,180℃,200℃and 220℃for each thickness,the holding time are 1h,2h,3h and 4h for each temperature.Put them under high temperature heat-treatment conditions mentioned above.Then research the internal heat transfer material time,the oil content of the high temperature heat treatment samples,the color index and the mechanical properties.The tests draw the main following conclusions:(1) After testing high temperature heat treatment process of the internal heat transfer material time,the theoretical values and experimental values of the study show that the two can be a better fit,the thickness of the three selected theoretical value and experimental value of the correlation coefficients were:0.996,0.998,0.998,thus,the theoretical calculations are feasible.And we also get the regression formula for different thickness between the internal temperature and the processing time of heat treatment process.(2) The oil content of the high temperature heat treatment samples show that the effect of heat treatment on degreasing is very obvious,comparing with the material,the removal of turpentine up to 85%and rosin up to 15%.And come to the relationship formula of fat content,temperature,holding time and the thickness.(3) The color index,density and weight loss rate of the high temperature heat treatment samples show that as the end of heat treatment temperature increased and the holding time extensed,three parameter changed significantly.Though testing materials for infrared spectroscopy,getting the change mechanism.(4) On the mechanical properties of bending strength and compression strength parallel to grain,shear strength and tensile strength testing,analysis shows that the mechanical strength has relationship to the changes in color values,density and weight loss.Considered best suited to the condition for Larix is that the end of high-temperature heat treatment temperature is 160℃and the holding time is 3h.
