With the rapid development of urbanization, the problem of urban environment becomes serious day by day. Improving the urban living environment in the limited environment of the city space has been seriously relating to the sustainable development of this city. Urban greenland system as the main style of urban landscape plays a very important part in maintaining and improving ecological environment. This article take Harbin as an example, used the 3S technology combine with the basic theory of the landscape ecological, Through the relation between the landscape patterns of urban greenland system,the ecological environment of the city and the kinds of the landscape factors to making the landscape ecological planning and designing of the greenland system. Hopes to achieve improve the virescence rate of the city and assure the quality of the urban living environment, and made the construction speed of the urban greenland system to arrive at the development of the city.First problem of this article is classify the urban Greenland. According the main five species of the land used for city to classify the Greenland to five species which use to five objects of study. The five species are: the green of the residential community,he green of the public facility,the green of the industrial land-use,the green of the municipal infrastructure,the green of the warehousing uses. Make sure the classified of the Greenland, then used the 3S technology (ERDAS) through the geometric correction,image fusion,unsupervised classification and vectorization to deal with these pictures, ultimately had the basic data,the picture of the land used for city and the picture of the green patch. Used the ArcView to deal with the basic data to have the area of the green patch and the number of the green patch which use to calculating the landscape pattern index, then analyzed the landscape pattern.Analyzing the landscape pattern is base on the analyzing the green patch,the pattern and the pattern index. Through these analysis to put forward to restrict the Greenland of the city to the quality of the land used for city have no continuity,no equalization; Between the green patch lacks the connectivity; the geographical position of the city is affected by the weather and the level of the virescence. The problem of the urban Greenland system with the goal which about building the ecological city and the principle of the ecological,the biodiversity,to the space design of urban Greenland system. Planning is mainly to integrate small patch and enlarge the green patch of city centre, and to strengthen the suburban continuity Greenbelt, and to increase the transition greening region from city center to suburban areas, so that the whole distribution system of urban green uniformed, and the coherent strengthened.Based on the Greenland Landscape Pattern Analysis to planning is to increase the greening region and expand channels in a limited urban land, and to increase the green patches to Maximum, thereby protecting the fine living environment of urban Habitat. As a result, the city's greenbelt system will form a rational layout, well function with local characteristics of urban green landscape ecosystems.
