In this paper,as the Harbin Anoplophora glabripennis to the research object,through the investigation of Anoplophora glabripennis,come to the rate of flu pests and population density in the garden of Harbin;According to the rate of flu pests and the population density,set six standards,by x~2 test through the standards of data measured frequency distribution and Poisson distribution,negative binomial and Neyman type A theoretical frequency distribution;Study on the distribution pattern by the determination of aggregation of indicators;Anoplophora glabripennis adopted in the tree analysis on the vertical distribution of Anoplophora glabripennis the degree of hazard trees and tree sites;Through the fitting equation of Anoplophora glabripennis test of significance for analysis;Stands of different types of Anoplophora glabripennis hazard investigation,come to stand the type of resistance;Through different methods of prevention and treatment for Anoplophora glabripennis control,effect control methods to analyze the differences.The results show that:(1) Harbin,five species in five areas of investigation and study results:Nangang District,surveyed more susceptible species in general,are susceptible to other SAR light;performance in tree species,Acer saccharum was against the heavier is in urgent need of the governance of regional and species;through the investigation of the five areas (Nangang District,Daoli District,Road outside the area,Xiangfang District,Development Zone) of the four types of green space(green streets,community garden,park,garden flat) analysis of research,Nangang District,against the most worst,the lightest Xiangfang.More parks,green street light.(2) Anoplophora glabripennis in accordance with the spatial distribution of the measured survey data-based frequency distribution and Poisson distribution, negative binomial and Neyman type A theoretical frequency distribution of chi-square test were obtained Anoplophora glabripennis in the spatial distribution of tree species are consistent with negative binomial distribution,are aggregated distribution;used method of aggregation measured distribution,aggregation index of the test results also showed that Anoplophora glabripennis in the spatial distribution of tree species are aggregated distribution pattern.(3) Analysis of Acer saccharum by vertical Anoplophora glabripennis greatest hazard, followed by Betula alba,Ulmus pumila and Salix Anoplophora glabripennis by less harmful for different species,the various parts of Anoplophora glabripennis by the extent of harm are not the same,are showing a higher than the upper part of the central,higher than the base of the upper part of the trend;of different species glabripennis glazing fitting equation and the significance test results,Anoplophora glabripennis in the species distribution curve on the cubic curve are close to and after the most significant test in the 95%confidence level,the significant value of P less than 0.05,Anoplophora glabripennis in several tree species distribution and the number of both tree height curve of the relationship between the establishment parties.(4) Stand for different types of Anoplophora glabripennis hazard investigation.The results show that the mixed forest(Pinus×Ulmus pumila) of Anoplophora glabripennis artificial susceptible than pure(Acer saccharum,Pinus,Salix,etc.) the rate of the flu bug light.(5) With 56%of aluminum phosphide poisoning victims wooden sign test,signed the Law come to poison control,Anoplophora glabripennis mortality rate as high as 98.5%; respective stock solution and diluted with 50 times 5%of the concentration of imidacloprid in two pharmaceutical control tests for stem injection.The results showed that Anoplophora glabripennis mortality rate as high as 73%;Wormhole to drug instillation and toxicity to sign a similar law,from the experimental results can be seen with the drug law signed as a higher mortality rate as 100%;the use of 22.5%excellent insecticidal fumigation experiment results show that the amount of drugs more than 100 ml/m3 to the best effect;Anoplophora glabripennis mortality rate as high as 70%.adult Anoplophora glabripennis fly poorly,most of the habits of crawling along the tree trunks,in favor of prevention andtreatment.Susceptible rate of 100%(18a) for the prevention and treatment of sugar maple,respectively,3%used touch-breaking 50 times diluted,100 times,150 times the liquid to spray dry test results showed that 3%of control touch-breaking 50 times best,Anoplophora glabripennis mortality rate as high as 89.7%.
