The study select typical fragile terrestrial ecosystem of Horqin Sand, from the edge of sand to the mid of sand , select four sample fields in Horqin sand(the edge of sand,fixed dunes,half fixed dunes,mobile sand dunes), make the obesevation and experiment study from 5 month to 9 month, and then analysis the law of Hydrological-Weather factors and ecological of dunes and plant. Research results has certain guiding role for the sandy ecological protection for Horqin Sand。Select four sample fields in Horqin sand(the edge of sand,fixed dunes,half fixed dunes,mobile sand dunes), at the same time to obesevate the ecological factors of water,soil,atmospheric,dunes from 5 month to 9 month, and then analysis the law of Hydrological-Weather factors and ecological of dunes and plant,and then make the study of the law between dune and water of atmospheric and the the law of the change of dune .It is very significance for Horqin sand by controling and planning of water resources in north arid areas .Following are the main conclusion.(1) Make the obesevation and experiment study from 5 month to 9 month for four sample fields in Horqin sand(the edge of sand,fixed dunes,half fixed dunes,mobile sand dunes). There are 8 main conclusion.①They have the same law of temperature changes,soil temperature changes and the radiation intensity and time.②Temperature changes for the edge of sand,fixed dunes,half fixed dunes,mobile sand dunes have the same law with soil temperature changes, and it is the linear correlation that temperature of 1.5-2.5m with soil temperature changes of 5㎝, related degree is mobile sand dunes(0.94**)>the edge of sand(0.86**)>half fixed dunes(0.85**)>fixed dunes(0.77**);③Daytime temperature is rise with depth increased , night temperature from decreas to increased ;④The soil moisture content is the maxed in,and then fixed dunes,half fixed dunes,mobile sand dunes , the critical soil depth is 0.4m of the soil moisture content change of 5 month to 9 month in the edge of sand, and it is 1.1m for fixed dunes,and it is 1.4 m for half fixed dunes,mobile sand dunes. Another law is that the soil moisture content is decreas from the surface of soil to the critical depth,and below the critical depth the soil moisture content is increased ;⑤The trends of evaporation and condensing are similar, Four sample fields in Horqin sand which the edge of sand,fixed dunes,half fixed dunes and mobile sand dunes are respectively: 0.28㎜,0.97㎜,0.67㎜,0.64㎜,condensation are respectively: 0.06㎜,0.22㎜,0.25㎜,0.31㎜。⑥The mean wind which is greater than 6m/s of 5-9 month are respectively: EN129.20h,ES221.92 h,WS746.32 h,WN104.88 h,And the ratio of WS wind is 62.1% ,and at the same time the displacement of dune is frome WS to EN.⑦Vegetation to increase gradually during 5-9 month, and they are lower than the mean during 5-6 month,hey are larger than the mean during 7-9 month,⑧Groundwater levels is deeper in 5-6 month, and it is more shallow during 7-9 month .The change shows that the change of groundwater levels is almost the same because the study area belongs to the same groundwater system.(2) Four sample fields in Horqin sand(The edge of sand,fixed dunes,half fixed dunes,mobile sand dunes) are moisture loss balance ,and increase gradually from the edge of sand to mobile sand dunes.(3) The migration degree of sand are respectively: 5 month to 9 month 60.382m3.(4) It is shows that the Binary quadratic regression is most close to the measured after the regression analysis. 188.14+3.44x+2.18y+0.002x3+0.013x2y-0.228 x2+0.001xy2-0.348xy-0.141y2+0.0052y3=z.
