Knotter is core component of binding machine of square bundle which is belong to the forage harvesting machine. Its'structure is complex , and its'design and manufacture is difficult. At present, it is mostly imported from abroad in our country, so it is seriously restricted development of binding machine in our country. Studying on the Principle and manufacturing process of knotter has significance in theory and practical value to development and manufacturing of knotter in our cunttry.This paper analyses carefully on main members and function of D-type knotter and designing and manufacturing the action analysis experiment table of knotter. Let action analysis experiment table of knotter as platform, This test analyses action and function which is completed by main mechanism of knotter. Making simulation to the action of mechanism of knot device and calculating the degree of freedom that is needed by each organization of knotter. This paper make trajectory of ever main actuator based on virtual simulation software, and it is concluded rectangular coordinates motion cycle chart of single mechanism by measuring the practical working phase of every actuator (component) in kont system. Base the designing of simulation verification on the Pro-E software, it is expression relationship of coordination and combining with ever action by mechanical movement cycle chart.This paper described action function, action sequence and trajectory of knotter, and draw out the motion cycle chart of knotter. It will provide theoretical basis for independent design and production, and also provide some parameter base for development of electromechanical integration knotter. |
