Now In norther of China, soil erosion, land desertification and drought and water shortage has been affecting the sustainable development of agriculture and the ecological environment an important factor. Traditional farming methods so that the exposed surface, the soil loose, strong evaporation, wind and water erosion is one of the important reasons. How to increase farmers income, under this guarantee ,protecting the environment, conservation of water resources and promote sustainable and stable development of agriculture, and create beautiful Northwest is an important issue in the new century .This article use Auto Regressive Distributed Lag and the models of soil water-storing capacity simulation forecast different cultivation way various ins-depth soil moisture content, The results show that the soil water-holding capacity model is high from Auto Regressive Distributed Lag predicted value and the actual value tallying degree, the predicted value can reflect in-depth soil moisture content well the change tendency, and the soil water-holding capacity model forecast in-depth water content expression is more succinct. The soil water-holding capacity model in forecasts and under the simulation different cultivation way various ins-depth soil moisture content is high from Auto Regressive Distributed Lag .study on the Inner Mongolian arid area protection tillage control measure to the soil temperature, the moisture content, the soil physics character, the soil nutrient, the soil wind erosion influence. Has explored its intrinsic relation and the change rule.
