A New Comparative Study Of Eriocheir Sinensis Phagostimulant

At present, the proportion of using compound feed in the whole culture of Eriocheir sinensis is only a little more than 10%, the share of which is relatively small, very discordant with the current overall level of aquaculture technology and not correspondent with the trend of using compound feed widely in the progress of aquaculture. In my opinion, there are three main reason, the low efficiency of compound feed of crab, the poor palatability and the lack of perfect phagostimulant. In our country, the study of crab phagostimulant is comparatively late, the dedicated crab attractant is also very few in the current market products. In this study, we added phagostimulant used in fish and shrimp, different kind and different dose,to base diet containing 30% fish meal,initial screening of high activity crab phagostimulant. The result indicates: the all amino acid of this experiment have the high activity of lure effect when the concentration is above 2%, but except for phenylalanine. In addition, aminoethylsulfonic acid and Ferula asafoetida L. have high activity too. On this basis, we designed orthogonal by made several combinations of different phagostimulant of high activity according to certain proportion. The result indicates: the stability and activity of several compound phagostimulants are both increased. In conclusion, the paper not only accumulate relative date for phagostimulant of crab, but also lay the foundation for the next study on phagostimulant of crab.
