Effect On The Control Of Bacterial Fruit Blotch By Post-harvest Treatment Of Watermelon Seeds

The purpose of this research is to predominate all kinds of treatments that is used to restrain Bacterial Fruit Blotch (one kind of epidemic in watermelons). Therefore, we produce seeds with pathogen of Bacterial Fruit Blotch and do them a series of chemical or physiotherapy treatments.Multiply Bacterial and inoculate the healthy plant in test field. The result of the test is that the degree of infection is different with the variously inoculation. Otherwise, there are some differences in different kind of plant. Harvest watermelon with pathogen, fish out and do some treatment to the watermelon seeds.After a series of treatment, determine the circumstances of the pathogen and infection in watermelon seeds. The result showed that all kinds of treatments have prohibition in Bacterial Fruit Blotch. furthermore, the pathogen of Bacterial Fruit Blotch debase with the medicament thickness and temperature increase by degrees. Only use chemical medicine or physiotherapy, neither of the results is unsatisfactory, when have big moisture in seed ,certain degree of medicine and temperature has serious impact on the energy of burgeon. Therefore, combine various methods and different grads of temperature or humidity or consistency and use them appropriately, we should got a better effect.In the process of the disease test, every means of testing has advantages and disadvantages. Such as PRC and Enzyme-linked immune assay are more precise, but it is difficult to make quantitative analysis for the state of plants' illness, If the test in humid- keeping cases and greenhouse can make a good quantitative answer. It is easy influenced by circumstances. So that we should combine some kinds of methods, learn from others' strong points to offset one's weakness, to make an exactly analysis.
