Three different concentrations of Inositol A(5 mg/L),B(15 mg/L),C(25 mg/L) and three different concentrations of Abscisic acid(ABA):D(5 mg/L),E(15 mg/L),F(25 mg/L) and one G(water as ck) were used in this thesis.Two different kinds of exogenous hormones were sprayed separately or simultaneously to super hybrid rice GD-1S/RB207 in the heading stage and then test the change of setting percentage,a 1000-grain weight,the starch,the phytic acid,the inorganic phosphorus and the ABA contents in grains of super rice.And these study will provide theory basis to improve the yield of rice produce through sprayed exogenous growth materials. The main research results were as follows:The grain-filling rate of the superior and the inferior grain were similar under two different kinds of exogenous hormones separately and simultaneously.The grain-filling increased along with the period of duration advancement.The grain-filling rate of superior grain increased sharply at 10d~20d after flowering(DAF),while increased slowly at 25d~40d DAF,he grain-filling rate of inferior grain increased sharply at 10d~20d after flowering(DAF),but the growth rate were lower than that of superior grain.There was a rise process from 35d DAF to mature Stage for inferior grain.The grain-filling rates of all treatments for superior grain were greater than that of CK in different stages under spaying inositol and ABA simultaneously.The grain-filling rate of 5 mg/L Inositol and 5 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously,5 mg/L Inositol and 15 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously,25 mg/L Inositol and 15 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously for inferior grain were lower than that of CK.1000-grain weight change of the different treatment:1000-grain weight of A treatment was the largest under spraying inositol,which is 1.15g higher than that of CK,1000-grain weight of A treatment show significant difference comparing with that of CK.1000-grain weight of sparying 5 mg/L Abscisic acid was the largest under spraying ABA,which is 1.02g higher than that of CK, 1000-grain weight of all treatments were larger than that of CK significantly.1000-grain weight of 25 mg/L Inositoi and 25 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment was the largest under spraying inositol and ABA simultaneously,which is 1.47g higher than that of CK, 1000-grain weight of 25 mg/L Inositol and 25 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment was the larger than that of other treatments Significantly 1000-grain weight of 25 mg/L Inositol and 15 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment is 0.17g lower than of CK.The seed setting rate change of the different treatments:The seed setting rate of A treatment was the largest under spraying inositol,which is 13.2%higher than that of CK.25 mg/L Inositol treatment is 1.1%lower than that of CK,There were significant level among all treatments.The seed setting rate of 5 mg/L Abscisic acid treatment was the largest under spraying ABA,which is 11.19%higher than that of CK.The seed setting rate of all treatments were higher than that of CK, And all treatments were larger than that of CK significantly Under spraying inositol and ABA simultaneously.The seed setting rate of 25 mg/L Inositol and 5 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment was the largest which is 17.06%higher than that of CK and 15 mg/L Inositol and 5 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment was the lowest which is 2.04%lower than that of CK.The starch accumulating quantity of different treatments:The starch accumulating quantity increased sharply at 15d~25d DAF and increased slowly at 25d~35d,but it was decreased slowly from 35d DAF to mature Stage.This accorded with the grain-filling percentage.During the different developing stage,the starch accumulating quantity of superior grain was higher than that of inferior grain.There were significant levels among all treatments.The starch accumulating quantity of 15 mg/L Inositol treatment was highest and CK treatment was lowest in superior grain,The content of starch of 25 mg/L Inositol treatment was highest and 15 mg/L Inositol treatment was lowest in inferior grain through sprayed Inositol.The starch accumulating quantity of 5 mg/L Abscisic acid treatment was highest and Ck treatment was lowest in superior grain, The content of starch E treatment was highest and F treatment was lowest in inferior grain through sprayed ABA;The content of starch 5 mg/L Inositol and 5mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment,5 mg/L Inositoi and 25 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment were highest in superior grain and 25 mg/L Inositol and 25mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment,25 mg/L Inositol and 5 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment were lowest in inferior grain,when inositol and ABA were spayed simultaneously.The inorganic phosphorus contents of different treatments:Through sprayed Inositol the inorganic phosphorus contents of all treatment were unregulated in superior grain,The inorganic phosphorus contents of 5 mg/L Inositol treatment and 15mg/L Inositol treatment were increased with the developing phase,but the difference was not significant.25 mg/L Inositol and 5 mg/L Abscisic acid sparyed simultaneously treatment has the highest inorganic phosphorus contents when Inositol and ABA were sprayed simultaneously.The phytate contents of different treatments:The contents was changed slightly in different stages when Inositol was sprayed,and this may be consistent with the phytate cotents is a valued number.The low concentration inositol mixes the phytic acid content which spurts along with the ABA density to increase presents the rise the tendency;while in middle and high concentration of inositol with phytic acid content of the difference between a changes in fluctuation.In the Superior grain,the ABA content has certain difference in different time different density's between with the comparison,but did not reach significant levels.During the same period,ABA content is the water treatment slightly higher than ABA processing. |
