In this experiment,Lactobacillus delbrueckii,Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae were used to be the strains to produce the feed of pigs by fermenting the material of bran or corn flour. Produce a new type of microbial forage additive,in which viable number of test strains could raised to 1010cfu/g.The index of solid fermentation was confirmed through viable number of test strains, such as temperature, time, the ratio of mixed strains, inoculum and so on. The best technological condition for fermentation was ascertained through orthogonal test. The results of experiment showed that the fermentation strain ratio of Lactobacillus delbrueckii, Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae was 1:2:2. Furthermore, the best condition of fermentation includes 2% of the urea, 3% of the inoculum, 40% of water content, as well as natural initial pH, the thickness of medium was 25cm, the temperature was 30℃and the time of fermentation was 48 hours. Moreover, the feeding experiment in the cultivation farm of Bao-Di Food Factory in the city of Tianji has been put into practice. The results of feeding experiment showed that, comparing with the contrastive group,Average daily weight gain(ADG) in the microbial forage additive group increased 21%,the products through microbial fermentation had higher conversion rate and reduced the deleterious gases, such as NH3,effectively.Based on what mentioned above, there is no doubt that the result clear proves the fermented products can improve the productive capacity of Finishing Pigs; confirm its biological effect on promotion of the growth of pigs;enhance the disease resistant ability;decrease the incidence of diseases, increasing weight of Finishing Pigs and so on, satisfied the espect aim.
