α-Naphthylacetic acid is widely used as plant growth regulator,it was widely used in the mid-1970s in china,Its main function is to promote cell division, expand and induce adventitious root formation,Increase fruit,Promote metabolism and photosynt, accelerate growth, increase resistance. In order to clarify its residual levels in tomato and rice and the impact on soil environment,In this paper, two years field experiment was carried out in Nanchang,It will provide a scientific basis on the safe use of NAA in the rice and tomato. This paper established the residual analysis method of NAA in tomatoes(soil, plant, fruit) and rice(soil, rice plant, rice hulls, rice),Soil samples and rice samples used dichloromethane Ultrasonic Extraction,Plant samples used methanol and water mixed solvent extraction, dichloromethane extraction, extracted the organic layer with sodium bicarbonate solution, extracted the water layer with dichloromethane;Tomato and rice husk samples used methanol and sodium bicarbonate solution mixed extraction, dichloromethane extraction, purified Samples were detected by high performance liquid chromatography method, the limit of detection was 0.637ng.Minimum detectable concentration in soil and rice was 0.05 mg/ kg,0.1 mg / kg in plant, tomato and rice hulls, the average recovery was in 76-106.83%,The relative standard deviation was in the 0.69-5.9%,The experimental results showed that:The above methods were to meet pesticide residue analysis.Through two years of detecting the residues of the NAA in tomato and rice,The results showed that:The half-life was found to be 4.13-5.2 d in the soil of tomato,3.1-3.66 d in the plant of tomato,3.45-4.6 d in the soil of rice, less than 1 d in the plant of rice. The final residual quantities of NAA were less than Minimum detectable concentration, the recommended dose of NAA(NAA 5%AS 1667-3334 times in tomato,NAA 1%AS 500-1000 times in rice) appears to be safe enough...
