Liquid and peroral immune intensifier named"Active egg white products(AEWP)"was adopted as experimental reagent. Twenty-seven 25-day old three-way-cross piglets were adopted as experimental animal. The experimental animals were separated into three groups stochastically: AEWP group, leaven active liquid group and control group.All the piglets lived without latex when they were thirty days. AEWP group were fed with 10 millilitre AEWP every piglet and leaven active liquid group with leaven. All the piglets were fed once a day and lasted for ten days. They were weighted every several days and the clinical symptom was observed. Three piglets in every groups were killed from they are 28 days, and every week once, till they were 42 days. Duodenum, jejunum, ileum, appendix, colon, lymph nodes in mesentery were taken, microcosmic and sub-microcosmic structure were observed using slice making technology and microscopic technology. Shapes, structures, quantity and distribution changes of small intestine mucous membrane epithelium and cells related with mucous membrane immunity which were influenced by AEWP were tried to find out. Moreover, Influence of propagation capability and mucous membrane immunity by AEWP were probed.Results: Structure of piglets'small intestine mucous membrane epithelium in AEWP group was integrated. Cells of epithelium were intact and tight. Intestinal villas were thick and strong. Microvillus in margo liber were regular and there were obscure undulatory edge. However, small intestinal villas were atrophic and thinner. A quantity of microvillus fell off. Furthermore, the whole intestinal villas were damaged and even the proper layers were uncovered. Changes of leaven active liquid group were between changes of AEWP group and the control group. Besides, in AEWP group, abundant of plasmocytes increased proper layers in duodenum. Aggregated follicles appeared in jejunum submucosa and lymphocytes increased. Aggregated follicles in ileum submucosa were unprimitive exceptionally. Lymphocytes increased and even could be found in proper layers, and Intestinal villas were obviously thick and short. Lymph nodules in mesentery lymphaden developed well and there were many developing points. Effect of leaven active liquid group and control group were worse than AEWP group. In control group, aggregated follicles in ileum submucosa shrunk. Lymphocytes in ileum proper layers decreased, and even denaturation and necrosis appeared in some lymphocytes. Lymph nodules in mesentery lymphaden didn't develop well.The result showed that AEWP can not only increase piglets'propagation capability, but also maintain the protective screen of intestinal mucous membrane, moreover, it can enhance the immunity of intestinal mucous membrane. So there were broad prospects in the AEWP's developement.
