Through the research of edaphon of planting K326 on the condition of the interaction between the soil and climate, the results showed that in the entire growing period, bacteria account for the total number 68.38~78.05%, Actinomycosis 21.93~31.59%, Fungi just only 0.02~0.06%, Fungi has bigger difference in the number of three groups, Actinomycosis take second place, and the smallest is bacteria; Enzymes of the soil have different changes during the various periods of production and the same period of treatment. The number of microorganisms of cultivation in the big field (bacteria, actinomycetes, fungi) almost have no changes between before the transplant and after the regiment trees, bacteria have increased significantly until maturity, however the changes of soil microorganisms' number of potted plants are more earlier obviously. In the further of the relevant study, the number of bacteria and actinomycosis is positive correlation, the number of actinomycosis and fungi and the number of catalase and urease is positive correlation, above three groups of microorganisms showed negative correlation with urease.Soil bacteria of tobacco is influenced markedly by the soil and the climatic, the positive relativity between the number of bacteria and all phosphorus, all potassium, PH value, the exchange of calcium achieved significant level, an it showed negative relativity with effective iron, effective zinc.
