Analysis On The High Quality New Rearing Rice Species (Combinations)

This article collected 15 selected new rearing midseason and late rice of normal species , 13 combinations of hybrid and 9 brands of top rated marketing rice as a resource of researching. It compared the differences on quality and character between the selected new rearing species (combinations) and the top rated marketing rices. It also analyzed the changes on the species' quality and chanracter when they were planted on Changsha and Hainan. At last the author had a relative analysis on the provided resources. The main results are as follows:1. Both the new normal selceted rearing species and the top rated marketing rice have achieved the natioanl standard of high quality rice. Besides, the new species have a better appearance than the marketing rice, and the amylose content is obviously lowerd than the marketing rice, but other indexes didn't have remarkable differences. Generally speaking, the new species obtains most of good quality and characters of the top rated marketing rice.2. The best husked rice among the new species is 7YH011, and the ones with the nicest appearance is YuZhenxiang; 7YH032, 7YH034, XiangWanxian No.12 and YuZhuxiang are the best tasted ones when they were stewed. According to the 8 indexes of the National High Quality Rice Standard, 7YH032 and XiangWanxian NO.12 have all achieved the third grade of National High Quality Standard. The amylose content and complete polished rice percentage are the most important restrained elements of influncing the new species to meet the requirements, which should be the emphasis on ameliorating the quality of the top rated normal rice species.3. Different ecological environment has obvious influnces on the rice quality to the new rearing normal rice species. In Changsha and Hainan the species have obvious and extremely obvious differences on the characters and quality. The stability of different species also varied under the two kinds of ecological environmen, and the species with the better stablity is GaoYou 771. 78916 and YuZhuxiang are the worst.4. Among the new rearing hybrid mid-late season rice combination, the comprehensive grade on the four quality indexes of unpolished rice percentage, aspect ratio, consistency and the teste has an excellent performance as a whole. According to the 8 indexes of the he National High Quality Rice Standard, there are 2 species have achieved the third grade: Late 7 No.11 and Late 7 No. 06. The restrained quality indexes on the high quality hybrid mid-late season rice combination percentage are chalk degree, chalk grain rate, amylose content and complete polished rice percentage. As a result, cuting down the chalk degree and the chalk grain rate; improving the complete polished rice percentage and optimizing the amylose content are the main targets on ameliorating the quality of hybrid mid-late season rice combination.5. There are relativity and inner conection among the quality and characters of rice species on certain extent. The quality of different species of husked rice has an obvious or extremely obvious positive correlation, and between the grain shapes and the quality of husked rice has asn obvious or extremely obvious negetive correlation. Between chalk degree, chalk grain rate and amylose content presents an extremely obvious positive correlation; and presents an obvious negetive correlation with consistency; the comprehensive taste grades has an obvious positive correlation with aspect ratio and consistency, but an obvious negative correlation with the chalk degree and amylose content. In the two differetn kinds of species of normal rice and hybrid rice combinations, there are part of the rice charaters have different relativity.
