The jujube are vivacious woody plant,it originated in China Reaches of Yellow River where they have been cultivated for more than 7,000 years,The grow up,the production and the quality of jujube are impacted seriously by the growing up of secondary salinization of soil.So the problem of how to improve salt-tolerance ability of jujube get very attention of people.Study on the salt-tolerance ability of viorous jujube,which deal with four jujube fresh cutting,provide theory for breeding and salt-tolerance cultural.1.To study the impact of rooting and environment,use No.1 zhongzao, huanghuadongzao and qiyuexian as material.The result shows that:The level of rooting rate is highest with which the environment condition of No.2 Guofan's rooting is that the concentration between 1000~2000mg/L,temperature between 35℃~40~,humidity between 90%~100%,and 70%illumination.2.Deal with 0,0.3%,0.45%,0.60%NaCl solution,ability of salt-tolerance was identified through determining the salt injury,MDA content,cell membrance permeability,protein content and proline content of different variety of jujube with the fresh cutting of zhanhuadongzao,No.1 shankang,bianhesuan and qiyuexian under the salt stress.The result shows that:(1) the injury symptom of four sample are aggravated gradually with the adding of NaCl content,there into,the injury symptom of qiyuexianzao is lighter,which shows the highest salt-tolerance ability is qiyuexian. (2)relative permeability of cell membrance permeability,MDA content are adding with the adding of NaCl content,the injury symptom of qiyuexianzao is lighter,which shows the highest salt-tolerance ability is qiyuexian.(3)soluble protein content of each jujube leaf is adding with the growing up of salt content under the salt stress and qiyuexianzao protein content is highest.(4)The change of Proline content is not obviously under low salt process and only different while process content reach 0.6%.Thereinto,the highest Proline content is zhanhuadong,reach55.48ug/g,the next is bianhesuan;No.1 shankang,the lowestis is qiyuexian,it's content is 44.5ug/g.3.Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis is being used to deal with qiyuexian which was processed.Through ImageMaster analyze,The results shows that:The whole distribution model of protein was very similar,the protein spot was mostly distributed between pH3-10 and between MW50-90 kD,Between two groups of samples large quantity multiplied 1.5 times the difference 26 points,Six of them up, 20 down protein.
