| The research were selected four different growth phases (heading stage, milk mature stage, dough mature stage, yellow mature stage) of four different parts (Stem, leaf blade, leaf sheath, rice)xiang zao 24(indica rice) straw samples, studied at nutritional value and ruminal degradation trend in vitro of early indica rice in different growth stage.1. Different growth stages on the nutritional composition of early indica rice: with the extended of growth period, water-soluble carbohydrate content of leaf sheath and stem in the first three growing stages had a downward trend, and the minimum in the third stage, the growth period didn't have significant effect on water-soluble carbohydrate content of leaf blade, with the extended of growth period, water-soluble carbohydrate content of rice significantly increased(P<0.05), crude protein content of leaf sheath, stem and rice in the first three growing stages had a downward trend, and the third phase was significantly lower than the first and second stage (P<0.05), Compared with the third phase, the CP of the fourth growth stage had a improved trend , growing period didn't had significant impact on crude protein content of leaf blade. With the extension of maternity period, the site organic compounds (Organic matter, OM) and the NDF were significantly increased (P<0.05), the phosphorus content had a significant reduction (P<0.01).2. Different growth stages on ruminal degradation trend in vitro of early indica rice: The results showed that: 72-hour gas production of leaf sheath, leaf blade, stems and rice with the growth period was significantly increased , the theoretical maximum gas production in the fourth growth stage, gas production rate had a significant increasing with the extension of growth stage (P<0.05), gas production rate of the first phase was significantly lower than the other stage, vitro digestibility in 72 hours had a upward trend with the extension of growth stage . The minimum content of Ammonia-Nitrogen (NH3-N) of leaf sheath, leaf blade and stem in the third phase, NH3-N content of rice didn't had significant difference in the third and fourth stage, it also showed that in the third stage of the early indica rice had less protein degradation. Through the four stages, the pH of leaf sheath, leaf blade, stem and rice in the process of in vitro gas production about changes in 7.1-6.6, showed that the different stages of in vitro gas production didn't had significant effect changes in the pH value (P>0.05). |
