In this paper, study on the low yield problem in which erythromycin thiocyanate product process. Which applied the PX—90 separator and demulsifier X in the actual extraction production of erythromycin thiocyanate.Optimization of the technique to extract the erythromycin thiocyanate and setting the new production process.The process being as following:about 30℃, controlling pH>10.0, n-butyl acetate : filter liquid = 0.12~0.17. When crystallization is being,firstly, adding 15% NaSCN by the ratio of 1.3~1.5L/BU(one billion unit of the extraction liquid ).Secondly, adding 15%(v/v) HAc by the ratio of 0.4L/ BU. Thirdly, monitoring pH and controlling the end pH ranges from 6.3 to 6.5.Erythromycin thiocyanate and erythromycin of alkalization-crystallization of erythromycin thiocyanate are all qualified with the CPV2005 and CP2005 by this way.Weigh yield of alkalization-crystallization of erythromycin thiocyanate improve 2%--3% than the old technique. It is 62~63%.In the same time, using the stirring model: curved leaves of the disc turbine type agitator in the bottom of the pot ;bended leaves of paddle type agitator in the middle of it and three flaps on the wall of it. Study on the stirring model of erythromycin thiocyanate crystallization .Setting a technique which using the mother liquid of alkalization of erythromycin thiocyanate products erythromycin thiocyanate. Solving the scale of the pot and unaccepted product.
