In this paper, Using 17 strains of multi-spikelet wheat of professor Weiping Li of Northwest A&F University to study protein changing of multi-spikelet wheat and the difference of protein content in different strains and the impact of agronomic traits .In this paper, with more than 17 strains of wheat spike for the materials, using methods of random block design and so on, we studied protein and related agronomic traits of multi-spikelet wheat, including desertification dynamics of accumulated protein of multi-spikelet wheat and the difference of protein contents, and analyzed the relativity of the major agronomic traits. The results showed that:Treasury/ the source of 17 strains of multi-spikelet wheat was different as an extension of filling time , but treasury/ the source was different in the development of different phase; in the mature stage, the spike protein content was more difference between different strains of wheat, Luffing from 11% -16.5%; grain protein content was "V" shaped dynamic changes .In the initial stage after been flowed, protein content was maximum and with the increase in grain starch content, protein content started to decline sharply; 1000-grain weight And the plant height and grain protein content were the significant positive correlation, small ears, wide-leaf flag, the flag leaf area and grain protein content were the relevance of non-significant; the same plant the same fringe of different grain-grain protein content of the very existence of Large differences .In end of the grain protein content wre higher than that of the central grain, plant height, seed rod spikelet were large contribution to wheat grain protein content.We found that the protein content of D16 was higher than others ,it was 16.5%; the grain weight of D4 was higher than others ,it was 46.2g; the plant type of D1, D2 f were better ,it 's plant height were 65cm, these were reference of quality breeding about multi-spikelet wheat.
