Early flowering Armeniaca vulgaris , highly susceptible to late frost hazards .This research based on 8 kind of Armeniaca vulgaris with different cold resistance as experimental material in Jingtai Gansu. Study on bud differentiation and activity of endogenous hormone in bud at nature temperature grads.This research will illustrate the mechanism of regulation of bud differentiation's stage, establish cold-resistance system.Provide the theory for select cold-resistance breeds and Bud develop process. Has significance in the fundamental research and the practical application.The main result is as follows:1.Bud develop process analysis: By study on bud develop process we find, the pioneer growth are Jintaiyang,Lanzhoudajiexing,Luotuohuang,the next are Xinshiji and Kaite.Hongfeng,Youyi and Youerare last. May extrapolate Hongfeng,Youyi and Youerhave better cold-resistance than other breeds.The connection of bud develop process and cold-resistance between annual bud and biennial bud.Annual bud developed earlier than biennial.we can conclude that biennial bud's cold-resistance better than annual.The relationship of bud develop process and cold-resistance among Epigyny buds,Median buds and hypogyny buds.The research indicated, bud develop process are different in one breed's tress on Epigyny buds the median hypogyny bud. Bud developed sequence is Epigyny buds> Median buds >hypogyny buds. It shows that bud's cold-resistance is hypogyny buds> Median buds >epigyny buds.Torus is part of bud If thickness of torus accounts for high proportion,it would make for heighten cold-resistance of bud. The result indicated torus ofHongfengandYouer are thicker than other. According to other results from this research cold-resistance of HongfengandYouerare better than others.Compare with 8 breeds bud's differentiate stage in five different period: Hongfeng,Youyi,Youerthese are slow .This characteristic is a key for Hongfeng,Youyi,Youeroverpass damage from cold spring. These three kind of breeds have potential2.Change of endogenous hormone content in biennial bud.The content of IAA and GA3 in Hongfengis lower thanYouyi,Youer,Kaite,Luotuohuang,Xinshiji,Lanzhoudajiexing. Jintaiyang is the highest. However, the content of ABA in Hongfengis the highest , Jintaiyang is lower than Youyi,Youer,Kaite,Luotuohuang,Xinshiji,Lanzhoudajiexing.The content of ZR has different change in different breeds. This indicated IAA, GA3 ,ABA have connection with cold-resistance. ABA is used for initiation factor in cold-resistance gene expressive. generally speaking ,strong cold-resistance always have higher ABA content than weak one. Hongfeng> Youyi > Youer > Katy> Luotuohuang > Xinshiji > Lanzhoudajiexing > Jintaiyang..Balanceable change of endogenous hormone in biennial budHormone is inter act with each other when play it's role. during cold-resistance of Armeniaca vulgaris became strong ,content of ABA/ GA3 is continued rise.The ratio of ABA/ZR is highest,the change is drastic. This indicated that there is a balance among several different hormone but one kind hormone during Armeniaca vulgaris undergo lower temperature.Change of endogenous hormone content in biennial bud and annual bud of different kind of Armeniaca vulgaris.Among different kind of Armeniaca vulgaris, cold-resistance of biennial bud is stronger than annual. So cut annual tress can enhance ability to resist damages from low temperature when clip tress. Further more biennial tress have enough nutrition for growth and make for enhance out put.
