The promotion of Trichoderma aureoviride to the growth of grazing and its seed's germination were studied .Furthermore, the interaction of Trichoderma aureoviride with rhizobium and Pythium..sp, and the effects of Trichoderma aureoviride to the content of protein and chlorophyl ,to the activity of PAL,PPO,SOD were researched .1. The T.aureoviridee spore suspending liquor with different concentration could affect on the germination of six grazing plants.And the results showed that the 50 times concentration of T.aureoviridee spore suspending liquor (2×10~6spores/ml) which were diluted on the original liquor(1×10~8spores/ml) was the most effctive concentration to the germination of grazing seeds by soaking, such as the germinating percentage of ryegrass and clover were 8.4%,17% higher than the CK ; The most condign conditions for the promotion of grazing seeds germination were:humidity 60~80%,temperature 25~30℃,alternate light and dark.2. The 100X(1×10~6spores/ml)and 200X(5×10~5spores/ml)of T.aureoviride ferment liquor showed effective promotion to the growth of grazing ,and the 100X(1×10~6spores/ml) was the best concentration which acted well on the grazing's root length,seedling length,dry weight,ratio of root and coronal,vitality index and germinating index .Such as the root length and seedling length of ryegrass were 3.3% and 2.2% longer than CK; and the clover's were 3.6% and 1.2% longer than CK;the dry weight of each were 4% and 2.3% higher than CK.3. There was no interaction between T.aureoviride and the Mesorhizobium loti .Both of them could grow normally because there was no restraining strip after they were inoculated together.,but the inhibition was very evident with T.aureoviride to the Pythium aphanidermatum.The metallograph explained that the way on this inhibition function was intertwist and roomage competition.4. The content of protein and chlorophyl of the grazing, which were dealed with T.aureoviride ferment liquor were all higher than the CK.And the most effctive concentration was 100X(1×10~6spores/ml);Such as the protein content were: ryegrass 1.64055mg/g(CK:0.8978 mg/g),clover 1.546mg/g(CK:0.8772 mg/g); the chlorophyl content were: regrass 3.1816mg/g fresh sample(CK:1.7176 mg/g fresh sample),clover 2.65125mg/g fresh sample(CK:2.32166 mg/g fresh sample).5. The activities of PAL,PPO,SOD which were correlative with the resistance of plant's disease were affected by T.aureoviride ferment liquor.In the mass,the peak values which appeared earliest were the manegements that dealed with the original (1×10~8spores/ml)and the 50X(2×10~6spores/ml) T.aureoviride ferment liquor concentrations .And their activities diversificaed more obvious than CK.The peak values which were maneged by 100X(1×10~6spores/ml)and 200X(5×10~5spores/ml) appeared little late than 50X and 100X.By the way,in the experiment PAL activity varied more sensitive.
