Robinia ambigua idahoensis is the wide using species in the landscape,urban and rural landscape,roads,scenic areas and other green garden of green treasures,and the most important landscape of fast-growing ornamental tree.This study is focus on Robinia ambigua idahoensis introduction to the ecological environment and the origin of the investigation,biological characteristics,and other aspects of photosynthesis in Hefei in its observations on the adaptation,besides of Robinia ambigua idahoensis of tissue culture research,the results showed as following:1.The major limited factor of cultivation in Hefei is temperature,followed by the precipitation.Give full play to their advantages as long as the conditions,theoretically speaking,introduction Robinia ambigua idahoensis to cultivation is feasible in Hefei.2.Introduced species of root complex area planted with high survival rate,100%; seedling growth of normal,then see sticks into flower,big crown,and many flowering. earlier.3.Robinia ambigua idahoensis in different seasons of photosynthesis,are obvious changes,spring and summer peak-was,obviously the photosynthetic "lunch break" phenomenon,a single peak of the autumn and from the seasonal variation,by the determination of the photosynthetic,is summer>spring>autumn.The impact of changes in net photosynthetic rate on the main factor are the photosynthetic effective radiation,transpiration,stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration.Robinia ambigua idahoensis seasonal changes affect photosynthesis is the main factor transpiration and intercellular CO2 concentration.Spring,summer and autumn three quarters of water use efficiency of Robinia ambigua idahoensis are 4.700μmol CO2·mmol-1 H2O,11.587μmol CO2·mmol-1 H2O and 5.492μmol CO2·mmol-1 H2O,summer is the highset,autumn followed, and the lowest in spring.4.The significant factors for Robinia ambigua idahoensis stem grow are 6-BA concentration and medium type,the best medium for:MS +6- BA0.5 mg / L+ NAA0.2mg / L,the combination of germination rate of 98.6 percent,an average of differentiation rate of 1.29.5.MS medium to base medium,additional different concentrations of cytokinin(BA, KT),growth hormone(NAA,IBA) to shoot the proliferation of training.The results showed that:MS+6-BA1.5mg/L+NAA0.01mg/L+IBA1.00mg/L+KT1.00 mg/L as a subculture medium,the best bud proliferation.6.Within the scope of the trial,when the large number of elements for 1/2 MS can get the best rooting effect when the sugar concentration is 20g/L at rooting can get the best results in the medium 1/2 MS+NAA0.3mg/L+IBA0.2mg/L+ IAA2.0mg/L+sucrose 20g/L+agar 7g/L in rooting the best results.7.Pingmiao transplanting,the first to go through 5-7days of Lianmiao period,the average temperature then transferred to 24℃,the average humidity of 70 percent of the greenhouse transplanting,perlite and sand the highest survival rate of transplant.
