The stomach innervation of Rana temporaria chensinensis David which were living in the Changbai Mountain area northeast of China were analyzed in this research with the horse radish peroxidase(HRP) was used as the nerves retrogression tumor marker. In ganglion sympatheticum, dorsal ganglion, ganglion jugulare, ganglion inferius, nucleus vagalis dorsal is, ambiguous nucleus of each experimental animal, 1758 labeled cell were found meaning 195. 33 labeled cells were found each instance medially. 560 labeled cells were detected in ganglion sympatheticum to purport 62.22 labeled cells were existed each instance. In spinal ganglia, 279 labeled cells were emerged means that 31 labeled cells per instance. The labeled cells centralize in T3~L2 spinal ganglia which peak value occurs in L1 dorsal ganglion. The labeled cell can be found in cervical ganglion and nodosal ganglion of all test animals. It can also be found in nucleus vagalis dorsal is and ambiguous nucleus of brainstem. The stomach of Rana temporaria chensinensis David was dominated by both the right and left side nerves, but left side has conspicuous superiority. The stomachic sympathetic ganglion postganglionic neuron pericaryon of Rana temporaria chensinensis David centralize in T3~L2 sympathetic ganglion besides the peak value in L1 sympathetic ganglion. The postganglionic neuron perikaryon of the stomach of Rana temporaria chensinensis David is small-and-medium-sized with a multitude of protuberance. The vagus ganglion postganglionic neuron pericaryon of the stomach of Rana temporaria chensinensis David centralize in nucleus vagalis dorsalis. The vagus nerve afferent neuron perikaryon distribute over T3~L2 spinal ganglia with the peak value in L1 ganglion. The location segments of the stomachic vagus nerve afferent neuron and efference postganglionic neuron are the same. The afferent nerve of Rana temporaria chensinensis David is mainly in the left side. The stomachic afference perikaryon of Rana temporaria chensinensis David mainly centralizes in ganglion inferius, some in ganglion jugulare.
