In this experiment, we use Zheng 58 and its related lines ,Chang 7-2 and its related lines and 36 hybrids got from lines crossed in NCⅡdesign as plant materials.We studied the difference of agronomic characters and physiological characteristics between Zheng Dan NO. 958 related lines and their filial generation and their combining ability was analyzed.Results are as follows.1) Yield difference of Zheng 58 and its related lines ,Chang 7-2 and its related lines was significant.Only the yield of A3 was higher than those in the control group A6 and A1,A2,A4,A5 were lower than those in the control group A6. The highest yield among Zheng 58 related lines was A3(4390 kg·hm-2),which was increased at a rate of 4.4% compared to the control group A6( 4206 kg·hm-2) .The lowest yield among Zheng 58 related lines was A4 ( 3190 kg·hm-2 ),which was decreased at a rate of 26% compared to the control group A6(4206 kg·hm-2) . Only the yield of B4 was higher than those in the control group B6 and B1,B2,B3,B5 were lower than those in the control group B6.The highest yield among Chang 7-2 related lines was B4(3840 kg·hm-2),which was increased at a rate of 5.8% compared to the control group B6(3630 kg·hm-2) .The lowest yield among Chang 7-2 related lines was B3(2800 kg·hm-2 ),which was decreased at a rate of 22.9% compared to the control group .2)Yield difference of 36 hybrids combinations was significant.Hybrid combination 25(A1×B3), hybrid combination 13(A1×B4), hybrid combination 29(A5×B3), hybrid combination 19(A1×B5), hybrid combination 18(A6×B4)were increased extremely significant compared to CK; Hybrid combination 10(A4×B2), hybrid combination 3(A3×B1), hybrid combination 4(A4×B1)were decreased extremely significant compared to CK.Average yield was increased significant by B3 ,B4 ,B5 of Chang 7-2 related lines crossing with Zheng 58 and its related lines . Average yield was decreased significant by B1 of Chang 7-2 related lines crossing with 6 lines of Zheng 58 and its related lines .Yield of Chang 7-2 control group crossing with 6 lines of Zheng 58 and its related lines is the 5th. Average yield of cross combination of Chang 7-2 and its related lines was in sequence of B3>B4>B5>B2>B6>B1. The result was found that B2,B3,B4,B5 were better than B6.Average yield was the highest by Zheng 58 related lines A1crossing with 6 lines of Chang 7-2 and its related lines . Average yield was decreased significant by Zheng 58 related lines A4 crossing with 6 lines of Chang 7-2 related lines. Yield of Zheng 58 control group crossing with 6 lines of Chang 7-2 its related lines is the 2ed. Average yield of cross combination of Zheng 58 and its related lines was in sequence of A1>A6>A5>A3>A2>A4. The result was found that A1 were better than A6.3)Difference of agronomic characters between Zheng 58 and its related lines and Chang 7-2 and its related lines was significant.There were significant defference between Zheng 58 and its related lines compared with CK and Chang 7-2 and its related lines compared with CK in many agronomic characters. There were difference indate,the number of leaf,specific leaf weight ,LOV,tassel quantity of primary branches between CK and related lines. According to Agronomic Characters,we come to the conclusion that A1was best in Zheng58's Related lines,B4 was best in Chang7-2's Related lines . 4)Difference of physiological characteristics between Zheng 58 and its related lines and Chang 7-2 and its related lines was significant.There were defference between Zheng 58 and its related lines compared with CK and Chang 7-2 and its related lines compared with CK in Chlorophyll Content,Pn and Fluorescence characteristics. Chlorophyll Content of Zheng 58 and its related lines was significant at 25d after silking .Chlorophyll Content of Chang7-2 and its related lines was significant at Da la ba kou qi,at silking and 25d after silking.It also showed that there were difference in Pn and Fluorescence characteristics between CK and related lines in silking.5)Difference of the Combine Ability was significant.GCA effect value of yield of Zheng 58 and its related lines was in sequence of A1>A6>A5>A3>A2>A4. GCA effect value of yield of Chang 7-2 and its related lines was in sequence of B5>B3>B4>B2>B6>B1. The GCA of A1 was better than A6(ck) in Zheng58 related lines. The GCA of B2,B3,B4,B5 was better than B6(ck) in Chang7-2 related lines.It has been noted that there were defference in general combining ability, specific combining ability and total combining ability among 36 cross combination main characters.Total combining ability effects of single ear yield were basically identical with the yield of cross combinations.
