Avian influenza(AI)is an acute and contaminating infectious disease,which is caused by specified viruses that are members of the family Orthomyxoviridae and placed in the genus influenza virus A.Our government highlights stamping out of AI, proposes mandating vaccination for HPAI requires that the government guarantees the vaccination density and technological departments guarantee the immunity quality. So it is very important to choose the best vaccine from different factories and use proper immune program to direct the control of AI for the technological departments.In this study,five Avian Influenza Virus H5N2 subtype inactivated emulsion vaccines from 5 factories where Ministry of Agriculture designed were chosen.They were Zhaoqing Dahuanong(batch No.006077),Guang dong Yongshun(batch No. 200603),Sichuan Jinghua(batch No.2005124),Qingdao YEBIO(batch No.200564) and Zhongmu Qianyuanhao(batch No.060323),which were marked A,B,C,D,E to immune chickens and test the antibody.The immunogencity was compared to choose the high quality ones after antibody test.Six groupes of 1 day chickens were selected from 600.Group 1 to 5 were immuned first time at 14 day old with 0.3 ml through neck hypodermic injection, second time at 35 day with 0.5 ml through muscle,third time at 120 day with 0.5 ml and forth time at 300 day with 0.5 ml.Five kinds of H5N2 subtype inactivated vaccines were used to different group.The results showed that the entire chicken antibody was above 6.01og~2 until the chickens were dropped out while the vaccine of Zhaoqing Dahuanong had best immunization effect.Group 6 was used to test maternal antibody,blood was collected every 2 days from 1 day to 21 days old.Five groups of 60 days old chicks were selected from 500.Immune first time at 60 days with 0.5 ml through muscle.Antibody was tested periodically.The results showed that the protective antibody induced in every group could maintain 4 mouths while the vaccine of Zhaoqing Dahuanong could induce antibody quickly and highly.In order to recommend better immunity procedure,the AIV H5N1 subtype inactivated vaccine from Harbin was used to evaluate the systematic immunogenicity to meat duck.Six groups in 50 of 1 day-old-duck were taken randomly from 300 ducks to classified a,b,c,d,e,f.Group a was used as control and blood were collected at day 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 to check maternal antibody.Group b and c were immuned at day 8 with 0.5 ml and 1.0 ml per duck perceptively,d and e were immuned at day 10 with 0.5 ml and 1.0 ml and f were immuned at day 14 with 1.0 ml,Blood of every group were collected every week after immunity.Immunity procedure can be recommended as followed according to the results:meat duck,10 days old at 1.0 ml through neck hypodermic injection with one time immunity.The protective antibody could maintain about 50 days.
