Study On Semisolid Fermentation And Wettable Powder Of Bacillus Subtilis Strains Bs-208

In this paper, the semisolid fermentation was studied by Bacillus subtilis strains BS-208. On the basis of the first ferment conditions, the better semisolid ferment conditions were obtained by orthogonal test: corn flour 13.7%, wheat bran 21%, bean cake powder 30%, glucose 2.1%, K₂HPO₄ 0.7%, MgSO₄ 0.5%, CaCO₃ 2%, perlite 30%. Furthermore, different ferment methods were compared, and the conditions of bottle ferment method were primarily studied. The results showed that the bottle ferment method could obtain more spores, and the better conditions of which were 1000g material (dry weight), 1.1 liter water, 30℃of ferment temperature and pH 6.5-7.0 before assimilation. The ferment substrates were soaked in water and then were filtered by gauze. The filtrate was centrifugated, then the obtained deposition after centrifugation was dried by spray, finally the Bs-208 original powder could be obtained. In addition, the wettable powder of Bs-208 was studied by the 3 times of orthogonal test. The additives' dosages of the wettable powder of Bs-208 were confirmed: SDS 9.4%, CMC 3.4%, diatomite 36.7%, xanthic acid 0.5 %, original powder of Bs 50%.
