By using captive black bears as the research material,the author analyses and determines the basic compositions and mineral contents of the bears with regular research method,atomic absorption spectrophotometer gel diffusion test SDS-PAGE and other scientific analysis and separation methods.The author also studies on the content of IgG,the extraction technology,purification and identification in the hope of offering the theoretical basis for artificial milk and young bears' formula feed.The author analyzes and determines the content of dry matter,protein,fat lactose,ash in the milk of black bears.The result shows that during the course of examining the following compositions in the milk 6h after delivery(except lactose) have the highest value,they are dry matter 36.53%,ash 3.02%,protein 13.13%,fat 12.68%.The contents of every composition(except lactose) present the downward trend with the extension of lactation period.The content of lactose is on the rise however.Every composition shows a tendency to change smoothly 6h after delivery.The author analyzes and determines the contents of eight kinds of mineral elements of captive bears and verifies that the contents of Ca,P in the milk 6h after delivery is far lower than those of 6d and 20d.There is only relatively little change from 6h to 3d.The contents of K,Na in the milk 6h after delivery is much higher than those of 6d and 20d.K has got the highest value on 3d and the content drops rapidly subsequently.The dropping rate of Na is smooth.The content of Ca,Fe,Zn all have the highest value at 6h after delivery,which are 0.86,3.03,1.01mg/100g.These contents decline as lactation period passes.The author studies on the content of IgG,the extraction technology, purification,identification and other aspects.The result shows that with the techniques like centrifugal degreasing,settling separation of protein isoelectric point,salting out of saturated(NH4)2SO4,chromatography of DEAE 52 and so on,after separation we are able to get IgG.The result also proves that after continuous SDS-PAGE electrophoresis the purity of IgG is higher.At the same time, the experiment discoveres the characteristic the IgG-it declines as the lactation period passes.The content of IgG is the highest 6h after delivery,which is 63.73%. With the extension of lactation period the content declines,which is 26.78mg/ml on 3d and 4.76mg/ml on 20d respectively.
