Populus×euramericana'zhonghong'is a new bud variability from Populus Linn 2025. In this dissertation, the effects of exogenous solution in Populus×euramericana'Zhonghong'leaves under different light intensities and the dynamic change of the pigments in the leaves under day and night difference in temperature were investigated. The other hand,comparison of Photosynthetic Characterristics and Pigment Contents between Populus×euramericana'zhonghong'and Populus Linn 2025. The main results are summarized as follows:1. Through different comparison the optimum extraction conditions of crude anthocyanins from the materials was established: 0.1%HCL-MOH. The expiration was relatively pure and highly concentrated.2. The light compensate and saturated points were 38.9μmol·m-2·s-1 and 962.5μmol·m-2·s-1 respectively, it likes light lower than that of Populus Linn 2025.3. The result showed that the contents of chlorophyl ,carotenoids and anthocyanin in the leaf of Populus×euramericana'zhonghong'was much more than that of Populus Linn 2025, but the photosynthetic ability of Populus×euramericana'zhonghong'was lower than that of Populus Linn 2025. The difference of photosynthetic activity between Populus×euramericana'zhonghong'and Populus Linn 2025was not due to the content of photosynthetic pigments. The other hand , the ratio of chlorophyl / anthocyanin of Populus×euramericana'zhonghong'was lower than that of Populus Linn 2025. The result showed that Populus×euramericana'zhonghong'can be considered in the red amaranth leaves showed the direct cause of the same time contain more chlorophyll and anthocyanin.4. The diurnal variation of Pn was similar between Populus×euramericana'zhonghong'and Populus Linn 2025.In short, the photosynthetic activity of Populus×euramericana'zhonghong'was lower than that of Populus Linn 2025.5. Using the JH-752 Visible Spectrophotometer to determine the dynamic change of the pigments in the leaves and the results indicate that in spring and autumn, the content of anthocyanin is higher and at this time of the effect viewing and admiring is better.6.A study was conducted on the effects of exogenous solution on its contents of plastid pigments , anthocyanin and sugar under different light intensities. The results indicate,the anthocyanin contents were increased significantly by sprinkling certain concentration solution under different light intensities.7. The dynamic change of the pigments in the leaves under day and night difference in temperature were investigated. The results show that the content of anthocyanin is higher and at this time of the effect viewing and admiring is better.
