| In this study, five strains Dactylellina cionopaga, Dactylellina tibetensis, Dactylellina haptotyla, Drechslerella stenobrocha and Arthrobotrys oligospore were used to study the induction ability of predation of different larva Caenorhabditis elegans to different capturing device, and studied the induction ability of different larva C.elegans to the same strains, and detected the predating extent of the strains to different larva C. elegans, studied the infection process of the strains, researched the production of predating organs and the relation between predation ability and the larva of nematode.Research showed that the five strains Dactylellina cionopaga, Dactylellina tibetensis, Dactylellina haptotyla, Drechslerella stenobrocha and Arthrobotrys oligospore produced respectively the adhesive branches, adhesive knobs, adhesive knobs, constricting rings and adhesive nets as a capturing device. But Dactylellina cionopaga and Dactylellina tibetensis didn't need the induction of nematode. C.elegans could definitely induce the five predator increasing in the number of capturing device, and there exsited a significant difference in the same strain of the predator-induced organ of the time and the amount of the capturing device. Detected the predating ability of the predating strains to different larva C.elegans, results showed that there were great difference between different larva C.elegans for the same strains. The predating process, the reaction speed and the predating time all showed great difference. At the same time, the strains which produced different capturing device had the big difference predating efficiency to the same larvas.Previously the parasitic fungi Hirsutella rhossiliensis only concentrated on plant parasitic nematode parasite of research. In this study, it showed that the strain have the parasitism to C.elegans. Futher we can use C.elegans strain to study the effects of parasitic and high virulence strains construction. There also existed great difference of the C.elegans parasitic capacity to the different larva C. elegans. |
