Through analyzed six isonuclear alloplasmic CMS(cytoplasmic male sterility) lines(WA59A,K59A,D59A,G59A,DA59A and ID59A) from different sources,we carried the analysis and comparison on physical and agronomic characteristics,and found the difference of each sterile cytoplasm in the male sterile line;used these six isonuclear alloplasmic CMS lines and six different restorer lines(Xianghui830, Nanhui511,Minghui86,Chenghui047,Shuhui527,Minghui63,Luhui6) carried out hybrid,identified SSR purity with the group of combinations of F1;analyzed the impact of F1 hybrid yield and quality characters which exerted by sterile cytoplasm. Main conclusions were as follows:1.Research on physiological characteristic and agriculture characteristic of isonuclear alloplasmic CMS lines in riceIn six different sources of the male sterile line,the content of chlorophyll a,b was the highest and chlorophyll a/b was the lowest in DA59A;By measuring the contents of praline of main sword-leaf,G59A was highest among six CMS lines.In the determination of amino acids,DA59A was the highest and WA59A was the lowest; by measuring activity of POD enzyme in every male sterile lines,the most obvious change in activity was DA59A;investigated the same period tiller of six male sterile lines respectively,the result showed that:D59A was the strongest and K59A was the weakest;pollen fertility identified by I2-KI of six CMS lines was showed:the degree of pollen sterility of any CMS lines was 100%or close to 100%;tested the self-pollination line of seed-setting rate,all of the six male sterile lines were zero.2.Identification of the purity of hybrid combination F1F1 combinations were obtained by crossing six male sterile lines with the nuclear heterogeneity which were from different sources of indica sterile cytoplasm and seven different restorer lines.Used SSR marker for purity identification of the hybrid combinations,the result show that:the purity of F1 came to 98%,which in accorded with the results of farmland and conformed to experimentation needed. 3.Effects on yield characters of hybrid rice F1Applied six isonuclear alloplasmic CMS lines and seven different restorer lines for incomplete diallel crossing(NCâ…¡),designed 42 hybrid combinations,and analyzed their combinations ability and heritability of the yield per plant and other nine main characters.Under the isonuclear background,we compared the impacts of F1 major characters which implemented by different indica male sterility cytoplasms,the result showed that:The effect of male sterility cytoplasms was smaller than the resumption of the nucleus and mutually effects between cytoplasm and resumption;there were different effects among different male sterility cytoplasms,including the difference of effects on different characters with the same male sterility cytoplasm and the difference of effects of cytoplasm-nuclear interaction with the same male sterility cytoplasm;six male sterile lines made significantly effect on PN(number of panicle), GW(1000-grain weight),SN(spikelet number per panicle),SD(number of seed pre ten centimeter),GY(grain yield per plant) of GCA;non-additive effects were higher than additive effects on characters of GYP(grain yield per panicle),PL(panicle length) and SP(percentage of seed setting);either the additive effects or the non-additive effects were different in the same combination on different characters or in different combinations on the one character.4.Effects on quality of F1Under the same nuclear background,we compared the impacts of characters of 42 corporations F1 in different indica male sterility cytoplasms.The results showed that:6 CMS lines only made significant effect on ratio of head rice,and didn't for other characters;however,restorer lines made significant or highly significant on many characters of F1 except for the variety of protein contents.
