The rice yield has been decreasing due to the agriculture restructuring, reduced planting areas, depressed enthusiasm of farmers' and natural disaster and others in Hubei in recent years. In order to ensure the food security in Hubei, we must take effective measures to increase rice yield.The aim of this study is to make effective measures using the rice high-yield cultivation technical and to form a new technical system based on the current growth's status, which is helpful to increase rice production, improve rice quality, and enhance farmers' income and agricultural sustainable developmentThe rice variety was Peiliangyou 3076 and P88S/747.High-yield rice colony structure was studied by investigation, compared trial, and high-yield rice cultivation technical assembly integrated trial. The results were as follows:1,The high-yield rice colony structure tracked survey indicated that the contribute rate of theoretic yield of the rice plant density, the effective panicle, 1000 grain weight,grains per panicle and seed seeting was 95.8%, and the contribute rate of drill panicle per Mu was 55.4%. The factors affecting rice production were the devotion factor, the rice planting technology factor, the grains factor, the seed seeting factor, the drill panicle factor, and their contribute rate was 76.573%.The direct cause of low yield, low drill panicle was the low rice plant density, and most farmers hope to accept the simply and lightly rice cultivation, the low use of organic fertilizer, the high use of chemical fertilizer, the farmers' negative of fertilizing and controlling pest and disease of the rice might be the important factors of the low yield of rice.2,The high-yield rice cultivation technical assembly integrated trial indicated that the M2 was the high yield model from the rice individual and colony structure dynamic growth, because these models not only had the high rice yield but also had the moderate dynamic growth of the fuction leaf SPAD value, LAI, and the individual and colony dry weight of stem, leaf, spike, rice plant. They had rational light colony distributing structure. The accumulate product of photosynthesis was the decision factor of rice high yield from the heading stage to maturing stage. The middle rice plant density model had a concerted colony and grown steady then achieved high and steady yield.3,The high-yield rice cultivation technical assembly integrated trial indicated that it was the way to high rice yield though two-stage rice seeding, using narrow-wide line transplant, planting 18000 points per Mu, and planting 1-2 paddy seeds to begin with the appropriate spike per Mu(80000-90000 stems per Mu), adjusting the stems in 24000 to 26000 per Mu by controlling the water, basking the field gently for a little more times so that it can increase the effective ear rate more than 0.8, and controlling the most stems of the field in 260000 to 280000 per Mu, adjusting the connection of the grains per panicle, the seed seeting and the 1000 grain weight reasonable, using LAI, the SPAD value of the third leaf, the dry weight per stem and the number of stem tillers per Mu to guide the precision water and fertilizer management, comprehensive controlling of rice pests and diseases to achieve stable rice high-yield level.
